Seeing results after 3 months!
I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn’t know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It’s very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

Meet one of my good friends. This vitamin.
I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair.Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh.I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out.This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well.Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now.I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere.I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again.I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again.The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting.It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc.This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

I have been impressed. Of course fingernails grow quickly and hard even while this was not my desire. The couple teaspoons each morning are tasty and it did not take long for my thinning hair begins to feel more manageable. I cannot say it improves on new hair growth yet the strong nails, stronger looking hair and possibly skin feels healthier, plus you are getting needed vitamins in liquid form I believe is better.

Works for other things but not edges lol
It made my skin glow , my nails grew fast and strong . I have always had long natural nails so this was perfect . My nails are stronger now and don’t break unless I trim them. people think that I have fake nails until they see it up close. I generally bought this to regrow my edge, they didn’t grow an inch ( I use this for 8 months). However, my hair under there were growing like crazy, I shaved every two weeks and each time I had a bush to mow. The taste is very good, I never mixed it with anything just drunk it straight every morning. I give it 4 stars bc reason I bought it for didn’t work.

I purchased this MaryRuth’s liquid multivitamin mainly for overall wellness and hair support. The peach mango flavor is actually pleasant and it’s easy to take compared to pills. I like that it’s a simple addition to my daily routine.I haven’t used it long enough to comment on major hair growth results yet, but so far I’ve had no stomach issues and the quality feels good. Love this. I really don’t like taking tablets of multivitamins they just don’t agree with me. But taking this changed the game for me. My skin got better my hair grew longer and overall just felt better would highly recommend
