Better and cheaper than a Nanit!
Wow! I actually love this more than my Nanit.First off, I hate the Nanit because it makes you buy a subscription to access any of the good features. And because I refuse to buy the subscription, it acts as a live camera feed with cry detections ONLY- that is why I wanted this baby monitor that can store video footage all time without a subscription, and it has all the alerts and more than Nanit does.The only thing I wish I had was a stand like Nanit so I didn’t have to mount it to a wall or put it on a table. I also wish it was chargeable to be more portable.This camera comes with the camera, and a cord and an instruction manual. You download the app and the instructions are pretty self explanatory.You are able to set the AI features to detect cries, humans , danger zones, safe zones, and even face coverage alerts should your baby have their face underneath the blanket for longer than 15 seconds, which would be a SIDS risk.When you hit the camera button, it makes a picture of what the camera is showing at that time and saves it to your phones photos. If you hit the record button, it makes a video of what is currently being recorded and will also save to your photos when it is done as well.It has a microphone installed so that you can speak to the baby from your phone too. The microphone does have a little bit of a lag when you speak into your phone, and then coming out of the camera, so just be weary about that.You can opt in to have push notifications turned on or off. The camera resolution on auto works fine and you can adjust it to two other resolution settings if needed.I’ve attached a ton of pictures to show the app and its features ! To be honest, I may buy more and use it as a nanny/house camera!

I’ve been using the Envilink Smart 1080P WiFi Baby Camera for a bit now, and I’m honestly very impressed with how much it offers. Setup was quick and straightforward through the app, and the connection has been stable with no random dropouts.The 1080P video quality is clear during the day, and the night vision works extremely well—sharp enough to see breathing and small movements. The audio is clear both ways, and the 2-way talk feature is perfect for soothing baby without running into the room every time.One of my favorite features is the cry detection and sleep reports. It’s super helpful for tracking patterns and getting peace of mind. The lullabies are a nice bonus, and I love that you can share access with family members so caregivers can check in too.Cloud storage is available if you want it, but the live view alone already makes this camera worth it. Great Pet Cam for Peace of Mind!
Upgrade Smart 1080P WiFi Baby CameraI know this is labeled as a baby monitor, but as a pet owner (our kid is grown and out of the house), this has become our go-to dog camera for checking in on our two pups. It has a microphone installed, and the two-way talk is perfect for telling the dogs to “get down” or “settle” when they get rowdy. The speaker quality is clear enough that they definitely recognize my voice.This camera comes with the unit, a cord, and an instruction manual. The process is pretty self-explanatory: plug power into camera, and the QR code can be found in the manual, scan and it takes you straight to the app download. You can set the AI features to detect specific sounds or “dangerous surroundings” to alert your phone.The 1080P clarity is great. While it has infrared night vision, we don’t use it as much since we leave a light on, but it’s a great option to have. The “cry detection” functions effectively as a bark sensor for us; I get an immediate alert if they start howling or get distressed.The PerksSleep Reports: This has been surprisingly useful for pets too. It helped us realize which times of day they are most restless so we can adjust their walk schedule.Family Share: This is perfect for when we have a pet sitter. I can give them access to the feed for a specific time and then revoke it once we’re back home.
