Blocks out the Sun & Heat
Amazingly effective. Great instructions easy to follow. Easy to cut and install. Used on my RV driver & passenger side ‘UPPER’ windows. Super light, 100% blocks out the sun glare! White fabric blocks out 100% of light
I installed the white fabric in baby’s room to go under her shades to block the light around the corners and these are fantastic! As long as they’re installed properly, there’s 0 light that comes through and completely blacks out.I haven’t tried cutting the fabric or removing the install stickers, but the Velcro is good quality. The fabric is pulling towards a plastic but it doesn’t smell like anything right out of the bag (concern was unfounded).

Thin but powerful blackout curtains.
These blackout curtains are surprisingly effective for how thin they are. They stick directly to the door and block out light extremely well, the room is truly dark once they’re up. The material is lightweight, which makes them easy to handle, and there’s plenty of fabric. I used them on a sliding glass door, covered both sides, and still had a little leftover.The only drawback is that I wish they came with more Velcro strips for extra hold, especially if you want them to stay perfectly tight around the edges. Overall though, they’re a great portable solution for blackout coverage and do exactly what they promise.

Highly recommend to darken a room!
These are awesome! They don’t let any light through- some might come through the sides if it’s not pulled all the way over but I only have the adhesive going across the top. They made a 100% difference. I did let them air out for a day or two cause they had a chemical smell to them- but just hung them up in a bathroom and the smell was gone. I only used 3 adhesive strips per curtain and take 2 down daily and reattach at night- I have had no problems with reattaching them and pulling them off. I highly recommend!

Blocks light, but has issues
These blackout curtains do a good job at blocking light, but they make the room feel muggy. Also, the material tends to peel or pull away when I open the window. They look fine and work for light-blocking, but the drawbacks make them just average overall.

Literal Godsends for Migraine sufferers!
Pair these with double-sided Velcro & you’ve blacked out every micron of light in your room. So impressed with the quality of this shade. I can’t speak to the quality of the adhesive it came with, as I bought additional Velcro, knowing full well I planned to belt down every inch of this bad boy… But the blinds work as good (if not better) than advertised & I’m going to get more for other rooms in my house. (I live in Arizona…) & These are saving me significantly on my energy bill! Super easy to cut to fit to any size I needed! I was surprised how well they worked, for how LIGHTWEIGHT they were! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect temp shades
Listen I have some weird windows in my house and had to chop these things into multiple size pieces. It ain’t pretty but if 100% keeps the light out. Definitely a good value for your money and the Velcro pads are extremely sticky. I’ve only had one come off in 4 months.

I’ve bought a few different “blackout” curtains and blinds and everything let’s in more light than I’d like. I ended up resorting to garbage bags but I hated having to constantly fix the tape. These are a fraction of the price than other curtains or blinds and work amazingly!! You can’t see out or in even a little bit which means no light is getting through! I’ve been using them for 5 months on 3 windows in my basement without issues. Easy to install and put up as well as take down. I put them up and remove them 5 days a week and it takes less than a minute. The material was very easy to cut down to size. I’ve taken two photos to try and show the effectiveness. In the darker photo I still have a light on because it was so dark without one you couldn’t see anything in the photo, that’s how great these are at blocking the light!I purchased black because I was thinking it would help with the blackout quality but if I were to purchase again I’d choose white so that I don’t have the black velcro standing out on my white trim when not in use.

These were ordered for our basement windows and I was able to easily cut the fabric to size and using the stickys affix the blackout curtains to my windows. The room became nice and dark and guests staying over could get a good night’s sleep. The curtains also provide us with privacy with no more folks curiously trying to peel in.

I bought these for my grandkids – they’re used to sleeping with blackout drapes. These blackout films are very effective. They have a silver coating on one side to block heat from the sun and the black side has a texture to it. They completely block all light – pitch black. They have to be ironed (warm iron) when they are unfolded to remove creases, have to be measured and cut to fit the windows and are attached by velcro. It is suggested velcro be placed on the window, however, we placed it on the frame itself. The velcro attachment is strong, the adhesive is very sticky. It took my husband and me approx. 5 hrs. to fit them on 6 windows but once measured, cut and velcro attached to the window frame and the film itself, they were easy to apply and remove. I put the film on three windows in each of two rooms – 58 h x 70″ w and 55″h x 38″w windows. I gave this product 4 stars because I probably would have preferred them to be a bit less “blackout”.
