Good taste
The taste of the tea is lovely. I’m not sure if it in fact, helped me with lactation, but I gave it a shot. I will say that I struggled in the beginning and I can’t say for certain if this tea helped me or not.

Tea for milk supply
I use this tea when I see my milk output decrease. I am not a tea person so personally I do not think this taste good, but it helps with my supply for a fraction of the price of other supplements.

Very Helpful With Milk Production
This tea helped me so much during post partum when I was nursing my sweet baby. It definitely helped me to set a relaxing routine which allowed the herbs to work there magic on my milk production. This tea coupled with my commitment to staying calm and stress free while nursing really helped a lot especially when I did not drink enough water to produce milk at times. I highly recommend but also your calmness is needed as well.

This stuff works!
Bought this in hoping that my supply would be able to go up.. this. Stuff. Works. I was skeptical at first, I had tried other teas, cookies, brewers yeast etc and the photo is after 1 day of drinking about 3 cups. Prior to this I had gotten a bit sick and was unable to pump and had to formula feed, I had taken a week hiatus from pumping and prior to me getting sick, I was only able to get about 4 oz from both. Now I’m getting 5 oz from both after a week of ZERO pumping or feeding

Yummy, soothing
I drank 2-4 cups per day while breastfeeding. The flavor is wonderful and I definitely kept drinking it even after breastfeeding. I love the quality of Traditional Medicinals tea and now nothing else lives up to their high standard for me.

Tastes like black licorice
This tea tastes like black licorice which I’m not a fan of but I noticed a small increase in my milk production when I drank it 3 times a day. Not enough to buy again though.
