At first I didn’t notice any difference, but once I paired it with the alani natural caffeine [powder] from hy-vee and started drinking it in the morning for work (32oz container), I can definitely tell I’ve lost weight. Not a massive amount, but I’m much slimmer than I was 3 months ago. I don’t own a scale, but when my pants are looser and my tummy is flatter, visuals matter more than numbers.it’s mostly getting 4 stars bc it tastes awful by itself that’s why I mix it with something!
