Helps adhd big time and you can find claims online for it too
This is the best one for adhd symptom relief. When there is a med shortage, taking this regularly ahead of time will reduce the brain fog, as heavy as lead feeling, and hyper activity. I feel less out of it too. Especially with regular sleep and reduced sugar intake.Of course always talk with Dr and look up vitamin interactions and consider understanding what makes minerals build up to toxic levels in our system.

Great Ingredients, Zinc helps better the immune support
I really like the fact that this is free of wheat, gluten, soy, dairy among other things. Ingredients are minimal, which is great. This has been a great supplement to take. Zinc and Vitamin D are great supplements to help better immune support, especially durig COVID times.Giving this a 4 star, as I am very satisfied, waiting to take another bottle of supplement and will come back to rate it to 5 stars once I notice any further difference.
