Simple, Effective Ice Packs for Recovery
I bought this two-pack of ice packs mainly to help with soreness after workouts, and over the past month and a half, I’ve ended up using them more than I expected. They come with soft fabric sleeves that have Velcro, which helps keep them in place and makes them comfortable to use. The sleeves are also easy to wash and feel gentle on the skin.They cool down quickly in the freezer or fridge and start providing relief right away. They don’t stay cold for a very long time, but having two packs makes it easy to rotate — I use one while the other is chilling.The ice packs themselves feel well made, with strong seams and soft gel beads inside. Right out of the freezer they’re a bit stiff, so I usually wait a few minutes before using them. Once they soften, they’re much more comfortable. The sleeves also help protect the skin from the edges.They’re slim, lightweight, and easy to use. Overall, these ice packs are simple, reusable, and practical, and they do exactly what I bought them for. Great value for post-workout recovery.

Post partum care essential
I thought this was a pretty decent product. The ice packs come with a zippered plastic pouch to keep them clean, and the packs fit perfectly in the 2 covers which are soft, washable fabric and have wings with a snap, similar to a reusable cloth sanitary pad. It’s handy to have 2 to keep 1 in the freezer while using the other. My one big gripe is the packs have gel beads in them instead of just gel and when taken out of the freezer they are completely stiff and unable to bend and conform to the body, so you have to waste a significant amount of their cooling power waiting for them to defrost enough to use. I have similar long, narrow ice packs I got from my chiropractor that retain their flexibility even when fully frozen.The other thing is I think these are a bit too narrow… You’re not going to walk around wearing them.To the reviewer who complained about them not conforming to her face– girl– they aren’t for your face! What part of “perineal” suggests you should put it on your face? You do know they make eye mask shaped ice packs right? If you’re going to use it for other body parts, don’t give it a bad review when it doesn’t fit those body parts. Also the sharp edges aren’t noticeable when they are in the cover.That said, these could work well for an ankle, wrist or neck.This could be an upgrade from the ones you get at the hospital b/c of the covers, but I’d look for ones that retain flexibility when frozen

Very helpful postpartum recovery kit
I used this kit during the postpartum period after my second child, and it was extremely helpful. The products are well designed for the first days after delivery, when comfort and proper care really matter.The peri bottle makes hygiene much easier and more comfortable. The cooling pads and liners help reduce swelling and soreness, and the soothing foam is easy to apply and feels very calming. The disposable underwear is soft, comfortable, and provides good support for postpartum bleeding.I especially liked that the underwear is made of cotton. Being a natural fabric, it allows better airflow and helps with safer and more comfortable healing during recovery.Everything comes organized in one kit, which is very convenient when you’re tired and focused on caring for a newborn. The quantity of some items may require refills, but overall the kit does exactly what it promises.Highly recommended for postpartum recovery.

Many uses
These are great ice packs. Because of their size, we have used them on lots of aches and pains. The quality is very nice. They fit nicely into their soft sleeves. They are a nice thickness. Not overly thick or thin. They are well worth the few bucks they cost for the pain relief they provide. We are very happy with them.

Helpful but there are some caveats
My wife used this perineal ice/heat pack for postpartum healing. While it was definitely helpful, there are a few things to keep in mind if using these ice packs for this purpose.1. The ice pack has a cloth sleeve that wraps around your underwear but one side can get lifted up since the ice pack only tucks into one end.2. If you are using these at the hospital or after coming home from the hospital after giving birth, it’s hard to wrap these in your underwear if you are using the mesh underwear and giant pads.3. The plastic can become brittle if left in the freezer for too long. I dropped one of the ice packs and the plastic shattered.

Two pack ice pack
This two pack of ice packs comes with two sleeves to hold them in underwear. The sleeves are soft and seem like they would stay in place well with the velcro tabs.I bought these to use on the forehead, however. I read about a study that said applying a cold pack to the forehead helps you fall asleep, so I was looking for an appropriately sized and shaped cold pack for that purpose. These are actually perfect.The plastic exterior is well made with strong seams. It’s filled with blue beads that chill quickly in the freezer; they hold the cold about a well as any other similar product, which is not very long. But that’s ok, I can use the first, flip it over when it’s not cold, then switch to the second ice pack. I do seem to fall asleep faster when I try this; it could be placebo but I don’t care. But overall, these are well made and easy to use, and perfect for my needs.

Effective Relief For Hemorrhoids
I got these for the occasional hemorrhoid flare up (I wouldn’t wish that discomfort on anyone). I needed something that could offer a cooling relief but without the bulk of an entire ice pack.These are very slim and fit neatly in the included cotton sleeves. The velcro on the sleeves is durable and doesn’t irritate. The sleeves are very easy to use and wash.As for comfort, they’re not the easiest things to wear, especially while sitting, but they offer relief for fired up hemorrhoids, so I’m not gonna complain.Overall, they’re a really good value for the price and do as advertised. 4/5

These cool packs are very handy for relieving discomfort in any area. These ones come with, basically, panty liner holders, for areas below the waist, but there is no reason why you couldn’t use them on your forehead for a headache.

Postpartum Recovery Pack comes with two ice pads and soft cotton covers. They are thin and would be the perfect shape and size for perineal care. I ordered them because I have a behind-the-knee injury. It’s hard to find a flexible and small ice pack for that particular spot, and these are the perfect size.

A very good set of 2 gel bead pads with protective wraps that have velcro closure.The wraps are made from a soft cotton and shaped to wear inside clothing with the pads inside the in-built pockets.The gel bead pads are quick to cool and also shaped to fit the body.I would recommend these cooling pads highly.
