Solid postpartum kit with good variety of items
Got this kit to have everything ready in one package instead of buying stuff separately, and it’s been pretty helpful overall. The peri bottle has this angled design that makes it easier to use without having to bend awkwardly, which I appreciated. It has 14 little holes that create a gentle spray pattern – definitely more comfortable than the basic squeeze bottles. The bottle itself feels sturdy and hasn’t leaked on me yet. The disposable underwear is surprisingly soft and stretchy, fits well without feeling too tight or loose. I’m somewhere in the middle of the size range they list and it worked fine. The pads are really long and have good adhesive that actually stays put when you move around, though they’re pretty bulky so don’t expect to wear your regular clothes over them right away. The cooling liners were nice to have – they stay cold for maybe 20-30 minutes or so, not super long but enough to be worthwhile. The spray bottle is smaller than I expected at 3.5oz, goes through it faster than I thought I would. One thing that bugged me a bit is that some of the pad sleeves felt kinda thin and a couple tore when I was putting them on the reusable ice packs. The reusable hot/cold pads are decent quality though, held their temperature well. Everything came individually packaged which was convenient for keeping things clean. Price-wise it seems reasonable considering you get a bunch of different items, saves you from having to order like five seperate things. Would reccomend having this ready before you actually need it so your not scrambling later.

Great except the underwear
Absolutely loved this kit. It came with everything I needed for recovery. I absolutely loved the herbed wipes because they’re long and actually sit in the pad unlike the small circle tucks that are normally recommended. I also loved the big peri bottle it allowed for me to clean myself more without worrying it would run out of water. The ice packs were perfect size although they stained yellow with the bl**d. The only thing I didn’t really like was the sizing of the disposable underwear. They were a bit too small for me, I’m 5’6 weighing 190 pounds with big hips so I had to purchase those separate to fit me.

Really good kit
This is a very good kit for postpartum care! I had my first child recently and this kit came in handy. I love that it came with disposable underwears, cooling and heating pads, plus perineal spray and the maternity pads. The pads are a bit thin/flat, but I didn’t have a heavy flow, so it got the job done. The underwear is very comfortable and the spray is also very effective. I got stitches and it helped to soothe the area. You can choose to do a cooling pad or a heating pad, it’s up to you, buhh I personally like to feel the heat. I would recommend this kit.
