    Vitamins that taste like candy
I started using these recovery drops as part of my daily routine because I wanted something simple that didn’t involve swallowing another pill. The liquid format makes it really easy to take, and I usually add it to water or take it straight. The taste is mild and not unpleasant, which matters when you’re using something consistently. In fact it really tastes like candy… maybe sweet tarts? I personally like it. It feels gentle on my stomach, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients and doesn’t feel overly harsh. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to fit into everyday life and i can take it whenever i want. I don’t have to think much about it, and it doesn’t interfere with meals or other supplements. Over the span of about a day, it’s felt like a steady, supportive addition rather than something dramatic or intense. It’s reassuring knowing it’s designed to be safe and simple, especially during a time when your body already feels like it’s doing a lot. Value is pretty great in my opinion for a months supply.

The Pomegranate Dropper That Saved My Water Bottle From Postpartum Neglect
Postpartum life has a funny way of turning “self care” into “did I drink any water today or just stare at it thoughtfully while bouncing a tiny human?” These ANYA Recovery Drops became my little daily shortcut for getting something useful into my system without adding another pill to the pile.My favorite moment with this product happened at 3 a.m. I was half asleep, holding a baby like a fragile burrito, and trying to be the kind of person who hydrates. I did the classic new parent move and put the dropper in my water… then immediately forgot I already did that and added more. The good news is the flavor is light enough that my water didn’t turn into cough syrup. The bad news is this is when I learned you really do need to pay attention to the “2.5 dropperfuls in 8 oz” directions because the dropper system takes a little getting used to when you’re operating on two hours of sleep.Taste wise, it’s a mild pomegranate vibe, more “hint of fruit” than “juice box.” It mixes easily in water and I liked it even better in sparkling water. It’s caffeine free, which is important because postpartum me does not need any extra help being awake. What I appreciated most is the ingredient list is fairly clean for a liquid supplement. The label shows vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) at 100 mg (111% DV) per serving and a wellness blend that includes nettle leaf, hibiscus flower, schisandra fruit, and acerola fruit. Other ingredients listed are purified water, vegetable glycerin, natural flavors, citric acid, stevia glycosides, and xanthan gum. No alcohol, and it’s marked third party tested, vegan, non GMO, and gluten free. Manufactured for Anya Labs Inc. in New York. Now for the “not so good” part, because I always look for that too. It uses stevia for sweetness, which some people love, but if you’re sensitive to stevia’s aftertaste you’ll notice it. Also, “natural flavors” is a vague catch all ingredient, and while it’s super common, I’d still prefer more transparency. Lastly, the herbal blend is not broken down by exact amounts for each herb, so if you’re someone who wants precise dosing details, that’s a little frustrating. I’d also flag that even though the box says breastfeeding safe, herbal ingredients can be very individual, so it’s smart to check with your clinician if you have specific concerns.Overall, this feels like a practical, low effort add in for postpartum days when you’re trying to support yourself but don’t have the bandwidth for complicated routines. Just don’t try to measure 2.5 droppers while holding a baby and negotiating with a cat at the same time. Ask me how I know.

Refreshing Support for Immunity & Recovery
Pros:• Liquid vitamin C , no pills or capsules to swallow• Light, refreshing pomegranate flavor• Mixes well with water or electrolyte drinks• Caffeine-free and made without common allergens• Non-GMO, gluten-free, no artificial colors or flavors• Doctor-backed and formulated with a registered dietitianMy Experience:These Recovery Drops are a simple and enjoyable way to add vitamin C to my daily routine. I really like the liquid format, especially since I prefer not to take another pill. The drops mix easily into plain water and taste great. I also enjoy them added to my electrolyte water. The ingredient blend feels thoughtfully chosen for daily wellness. Vitamin C is well known for supporting normal immune function and collagen production, and ingredients like nettle leaf, hibiscus, and schisandra are commonly included in wellness formulas for their antioxidant and general recovery-supporting properties.I do wish the dropper had a measuring point. It is hard to know what is considered a whole dropper. A lot of the time the squeezes don’t fill the whole dropper, so I am left guessing if I have put enough in.Overall, this is an easy-to-use, pleasant-tasting supplement that fits smoothly into a daily routine. I appreciate the clean formulation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a drinkable vitamin C option.

    Great taste
I really like the blend of herbs in it. Good way to get your daily dose of vitamin c. It is easy to take with the dropper and has a nice smell and taste. It didn’t upset my stomach even when taking it on an empty stomach. I have not noticed much of a change after taking but I have not gotten sick during cold and flu season so that is saying something. The one negative thing is some of the other ingredients. Natural flavors could be anything and not sure the quality of those natural flavor ingredients. Also cultured dextrose is not something I am excited about taking. I understand they want it to taste good so that sometimes involves adding less desirable extra ingredients. All in all it seems to be a reputable company that makes quality products and I would recommend it1
