It contains ceramides, niacinamide and peptides – an excellent combination for restoring and strengthening the skin. When I saw Burt’s bees came out with a new lotion product, I knew I had to try it. The Burt’s Bees Boosted Body Lotion did NOT disappoint.The lotion is light and instantly moisturizing, as if my skin just instantly absorbs the lotion. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, that freshly shaved softness. It’s not sticky it’s not too thick which makes it perfect for summer. The ingredients are clean and the scent is so light, subtle, like honey but pretty, I’m not a scent pro and can’t explain it well but it makes my nose happy. It’s not overbearing and mixes well with my natural scent or perfumes. It doesn’t cause headaches from harsh chemicals and the lotion overall just gives me a feeling of comfort. It is a new permanent addition in my home and I will be purchasing again.I am OBSESSED with the Burt’s Bees Boosted Body Butter. It is somehow has that perfect body butter thickness with the soft, silky lotion feel. The texture just feels rich, it feels velvety, it’s moisturizing, and it melts on my skin.At first, I wasn’t happy with the amount of product, until, I used it and realized a little goes a long way. Just a tad will spread evenly and smoothly without leaving that thick nasty feel that most body butters have.The scent is just the cherry on top, it’s not overwhelming, it’s light and airy with hints of a natural sweetness that just blends so nicely with my and my families natural smell.I am obsessed with the fact that the body butter actually benefits my skin because I have seen noticeable improvement in my skins softness within the first week of consistently using it.Having the product in the jar instead of a pump just makes the product so much more pleasant to use. The ingredients are clean and natural. It’s hard to find a negative in this product. It feels very well thought out and has been delivered perfectly. I really like this Burt’s Bees Boosted Body Daily Lotion. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and makes my skin feel soft and hydrated throughout the day. A little goes a long way, and I appreciate that it’s made with more natural ingredients compared to a lot of other lotions I’ve tried.The only downside for me is the smell — it’s a bit too strong and just not my favorite, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If the scent doesn’t bother you, this is a really solid daily lotion that works well and feels good on the skin.
