BEST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE FOR MY KNEE!
I have knee problems that along the way I’d always have to stop exercising due to pain and stability. This has been helping me achieve my goal. I was already having lots of knee pain and some instability, when doing leg press my patella would pop and seem to get off from its place and come back, I purchased this, after using I have no pain anymore and seems to be more stable and now I am able to do all the exercises in my chart. Material is very well made. Knee Support While Walking
These are great for walking and my favorite thing about them is that it came 2 instead of just one. They come with two different length to adjust in your knee(s). I use these mostly when I’m walking in my under desk treadmill. It gives me a support that a tiny pressure I tend to feel in my knees, I will not feel it. The Velcro quality is strong – I do not struggle to put these into place as I walk (I can walk about 1-3 hrs in my tread mill). The size option helps with giving you an option so you can use the one that best that would work for you to help with pain relief while exercising. There is only one thing I noticed about them. Since they come with two length options you get to swap them out. Where these options go in is a piece of planting attached to the main knee piece. When the device is on for a while, and depending also on how tight it is, this plastic piece may become uncomfortable because it falls right on the side of the knees. So every step I gave the piece would feel as if it was getting somewhat stuck when bending the knee with the side/back of my knee.

A surprising design that actually works well.
Actually these have worked very well for me. My right knee has always been weak and prone to injury. But this leg band is better since it still allows effective knee movement. It is comfortable so as long as I don’t make it too tight. It’s thick enough to last a while. I can see replace it every few months or so. Which is not bad considering the overall cost.

My golf swing puts a fair amount of stress on my left knee. After wallking 18 holes of golf my left knee is usually a little sore. I tried a compression sleve and that didn’t provide any noticeable support and my left knee felt the same after walking 18. Decided to try these knee braces. Low and behold these braces provided the support I was in search of. After walking 18 my left knee didn’t have any soreness. I don’t have a medical background, but the proof is in the pudding and my left knee is doing just fine now

I rarely review items, BUT this item is worth a review. In August I found out that I have degenerative joint disease in my knee with bone spurs and also a blood clot in my calf. The knee braces were painful and did little to improve any movement.I decided to try these and my quality of life changed. This stabilizes my knee so that movement doesn’t cause shooting pain. I recommend them to everyone I know with similar problems.I am now able to do the things I could do before. Definitely recommend!!!

Immediate Relief After Days of Pain
