Good daily boost, but watch the potencyI’ve been taking these Carlyle Turmeric and Ginger softgels for a few weeks now, and overall, they’re convenient and easy to work into my routine. The softgel form is a big plus—they go down smoothly without that chalky aftertaste some capsules leave behind. I also like that the formula includes black pepper extract, which is supposed to help with absorption, and the combination of turmeric and ginger feels like a solid daily wellness boost.That said, I didn’t notice any dramatic changes in inflammation or joint comfort compared to other turmeric products I’ve tried. The advertised 3000 mg sounds impressive, but it’s a “complex” dosage that includes several ingredients—so the actual amount of active curcumin may be much lower than what some clinical studies suggest for stronger anti-inflammatory effects. If you’re expecting dramatic results, this may not be the one.On the positive side, I experienced no stomach upset, which sometimes happens with turmeric. The fact that it’s non-GMO and gluten free is also reassuring.Bottom line: A decent, easy-to-take supplement that works well for general wellness support, but don’t expect miracle-level potency from the turmeric dose.

I always make turmeric and black pepper tea, but due to lack of time, I’ve stopped doing so. That’s why I bought this supplement, which has been excellent. It reduces my joint inflammation. I’m happy with this product.

I’ve been on NSAID’s for about 25 years, pain pills, and have had a meniscus surgery, two replacements, and a revision surgery. I was taken off of NSAID a couple of months ago due to kidney numbers. My doctors wife takes this supplement with great success. She and I both have tummy issues and he said I need to try them. While they are not nearly as good as my RX was, I am shocked at just how good they actually are. I am able to manage very well now, as long as I don’t do heavy activity. Heavy activity will bring on pain. And I’m trying to manage that with CBD and THC products as needed only. I’m thrilled with this product. It does give me a bit of gas, but not severe. It’s worth it!
