Colorful scent
I insist on a house that smells fragrant. I also have a penchant for those color changing lights. I have hue bulbs everywhere, a Govee too but since they are actual lights, I don’t set them up for changing colors except at party time.I saw this at my vision physical therapist’s office, and was intrigued. It smelled so good in there, and I could actually see it! I took a photo, searched Amazon and here I am. The diffuser works beautifully: the color changes rotate smoothly, and you get any scent you want rather than picking from premade bottles.It’s simple: plug it in, fill with water, add your essential oils to it, put the lid on and watch it go. Or smell it go. Or both!You can set it on a single color, no color, or to rotate through them all. You mix the oil right into the water so you select your own level of scent intensity. And the mist that comes out might even be a mild humidifier. (Don’t use it medically of course, and I just made that up.)I like the tree design but there seem to be others. The mister lasts pretty much through an evening. I haven’t timed it but I’d say six hours, maybe more. The best thing is it shuts off when out of water so you don’t have to worry about it.I do not use my very hard water in it (I use spring water.) so I haven’t had to clean it much but I do rinse the container once a week to get oil remnants out of it. It doesn’t get dirty but I do it just as a precaution. I asked for a bunch of essential oils for Christmas just so I could have variety, and got them!It’s a nice scent diffuser, I highly recommend.

More of a Nightlight Than a Diffuser…strike that..We are DIffusing Again!
This is pretty cool, the lights are nice, the tree design is very pretty. However it seems the actual diffuser part has only worked for a couple weeks. Kind of defeats the purpose of being a diffuser if the steam doesn’t actually steam.Update on the original review…Customer Service is top notch! After this review, they contacted me and resolved the issue. Updated my review to reflect the help I received. We are diffusing nicely now!

The colors are pretty
The colors are pretty. I struggled with getting the diffuser to work correctly. It very well may be user error but I find it difficult to get the diffuser part to consistently work. It looks beautiful and does its job with the scents!

Relax Time
I have purchased this several times over as each recipient that receives it as a gift absolutely loves it. The quality is spectacular, the colors are vibrant, and the essential oils are everyone’s favorites. It is reasonably priced, not too bulky or large and gives a relaxing feel to any room.

Sadly second purchase was a MISTAKE!
I LOVED IT THE FIRST FEW MONTHS!!! So much so I bought a second one a couple of months later. NOW I REGRET IT!!!I went to refill it tonight (BTW I use filtered water ever time!) and there was liquid leaking (pouring) out of the bottom. (You can see oils on my hand and water on my mantle in the photos.) I went to take the top off and this rubber ring I never noticed before came off on the bottom part. There was no way to put it back together.Everything worked great only an hour or two before this! There was no indicator that things were going bad. Just suddenly liquid leaking all over my mantle and a rubber ring out of place.Honestly it scared me. I’m an asthmatic who often uses oils that help me breathe easier through the night. (Such as eucalyptus peppermint and a few others. I usually use high quality oils because of my breathing issues.) It worries me that if I had turned it on for night…would it have caused a fire? It had been a couple hours since last used and it was still VERY warm!I LOVED it and bought a second one! Now I’m scared to use the one in my bedroom specifically for my breathing oils!I understand that you get what you pay for, but even at the lower price you would still expect there to be some kind of warning things are not quite what they should be!I might end up throwing away my second one because I’m worried about fires and electrical issues.If you asked me last week or even earlier today, I would have given a five star rating. I would give lower than 3 BUUUUUT the first few months were great enough to inspire a second purchase.On a side note, the oils that came with my purchase were not Dollar Tree quality, but not the normal quality I usually buy. They did smell as expected however. I even used a few of them in my daily cleaning processes such as mopping adding to a spray bottle with cleaner and those kind of things as well as using some in the “humidifier” itself.I don’t know if this helps anyone but it was my experience with this product.
