Recommend by my provider. These are great because they freeze “soft”, and remains flexible! They are designed to go in your panties (the washable covers are great) but can be used other places of course. Good for wrists, elbows, ankles, forehead, back of the neck. Since they are flexible they are very adaptable! I always have a cold pack in the freezer but my others are often rock hard and not as versatile. The 2 pack is very handy so you are able to rotate and always have one ready to got. Great product and value.

Flexible, convenient, nether region cold pack
Stays cold longer than flexible ice packs with gel or gel beads in them. More comfortable than sitting on mist ice packs… getting the cold where it needs to bePerfect for pains/swelling/healing in the crotch or bottom region. These are a god send. So much more comfortable/convenient than hard ice packs.I have NOT experienced leaking (as a few reviews mentioned). However, as I’m a large woman, I have made sure to sit down gently when using them, and i only sit on padded chairs etc.I only wish i could buy more of the covers for them.I also wish the box was 1/2”-1” longer so they could be stored flat in the box (in the freezer) vs scrunched up. (I’m afraid that freezing them scrunched up may cause weakening in the plastic which would lead to cracks/leaks.)

GOOD FOR HEMRROID RELIEF. KEEPS THAT AREA COLD AND PAIN FREE. I BOUGHT 2 MORE.
Love them. I saw how they break open for some people. So I dont use when I am up and about. I use at night when I can lay down, and put less pressure on the content. Freezes long enough for me and is almost too cold at first. But it is worth the relief. Works better than any relief medicine I use. So far so good. Wish I would have had for perennial use back in the day. Even though the pad cannot touch the actual hemorrhoids, just all the cold in that area gives me good pain free relief. Customer service also was great. I bought another one for switching out. Kind of weighty, so will need a tight panty to hold against body.

Was not expecting such a good quality product for some reason. But this exceeded my expectations. The fabric is soft and although I have not tried these yet, I suspect that they will suitable for either hot or cold treatment. I bought these to use as a neck ice pack and they work perfectly for that purpose. I would imagine for the nether regions, this would be a good way to cool down during extreme hot weather. I’m impressed with the quality and had to show them to my friends right away so they could buy their own. Highly recommended for Menopausal Women.

Despite carefully following heating instructions the pad split on the second use. The first heating was on another day and so there was no cumulative effect. It had also not been frozen so that can’t explain the spit.
