Perfect for postpartum – c-section friendly!
Best disposable underwear for postpartum. Quality was nice, not see through, and even caught a few leaks from bad pad placement. Much softer, stretchier and more comfortable than what the hospital gives you. Size was a good fit, and I am considered plus size. Came up high enough that is was even comfortable after y c-section

I cannot recommend the Frida Mom Postpartum Underwear enough! After giving birth, comfort is everything, and these absolutely delivered. They’re super soft, stretchy, and breathable—nothing like the stiff, awkward mesh ones you usually get from the hospital.They held my pads securely without feeling tight or uncomfortable, and the high-waisted fit gave me the support I needed without irritating my incision area (C-section moms, these are amazing!). I also loved that they’re disposable but durable—you can easily wear a pair for a full day without them ripping or losing shape.Honestly, these made the hardest days of recovery so much easier. I’ve used the Frida Boy Short Postpartum Underwear during both of my postpartums, and they have quickly become a must-have. I wore them for about two weeks after each delivery, and even used them during my period with great results.The underwear is incredibly comfortable and soft, which is exactly what you need during the postpartum recovery phase. They are stretchy enough to fit well without feeling restrictive, yet supportive enough to hold pads in place and provide confidence. The Only Postpartum Underwear That Actually Felt Comfortable
These Frida Mom postpartum underwear were honestly the best thing I bought for recovery. I’m 5’2 and I was around 130 pounds after birth, and the fit on me was perfect. They’re super stretchy, so they don’t dig in anywhere, but they still give enough support to make you feel held together during those first few days when everything is sore and swollen.The cut is really nice too. They’re high waisted but not in a way that feels too tight or like they’re rolling down. They sit at a comfortable height on your stomach and give a gentle hug feeling that I really needed. The hospital mesh underwear didn’t do that for me at all. They felt loose and flimsy and they didn’t hold anything in place. I know some moms love the hospital ones, but I couldn’t get comfortable in them.These Frida Mom ones handled absorbency really well. They held the big postpartum pads securely without shifting or bunching, which made moving around way easier. I never felt like anything was slipping or about to leak. The material is soft and breathable too, so I never got irritated or sweaty wearing them. They lasted through the entire day.Wearability wise, they were perfect for those early days when I wanted to be comfortable but also feel supported and didn’t want to ruin my own underwear yet. I wore them nonstop. They kept everything snug without being tight, and that alone made a huge difference in how I felt while healing.If you’re postpartum and want underwear that actually supports and holds your pads securely without feeling bulky or scratchy, these are absolutely worth it. I’d choose them over the hospital mesh every single time.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. These are perfect for when you go home after hospital, they are comfortable and stretchy and supportive, you can use with pads. I am an xl and they fit without issues.

Great quality and great price.
I had a colostomy December 1st. I’m 67 so it’s been a stressful thing to to go through. They gave me some of the underwear to bring home with me so I thought I would try it. I’d never heard of disposable underwear but it didn’t take me long to figure out I was going to destroy my real underwear pretty quickly. I loved the disposable underwear. It was so comfortable and it kept everything in place but when I went on line to order some I got overwhelmed pretty quickly. Luckily I decided to try this one. I couldn’t believe what a good product. Such a better quality than what I had from the hospital and I feel like a reasonable price. I’ve ordered 5 more because I’d like to use them at least through the first four months. Great quality and price.

Better than Diapers and mesh
I cannot believe I survived my first birth without these. Got these for my second birth and the difference in pp experience is incredible. They are so soft and comfortable. The material is also comfortably thick. Theyre tight enough to actually hold everything in place with no leakage but still so stretchy. I love that they cover my belly past my belly button unless womens diapers. I actually prefer using these with pads than using diapers. My husband even commented on the support and softness when forgetting to pack extra boxers 😂

The best disposable underwear. I was so glad I had these after I had my baby. Also as I was nearly running out of them I changed washing a pair in the washing machine and they came out perfectly! They are so comfortable and gentle on the tummy area. Highly recommend.

Look like bicycle shorts and super comfortable for wearing in the hospital and at home. I used these post partum overstop of adult diapers and then eventually used pads in them. I used the same pair for a few days since they were more like shorts with a layer in-between. They lasted well despite the frequent up/down with diaper changing, putting on/pulling off pads, and stretching out from wearing. They never got baggy, they aren’t too hot and they do breathe pretty well. I am 5′ and went up to 135lbs during pregnancy and found that I could wear both petite and regular size just fine. They have lots of stretch but are small enough to fit small bodies too. If I had to choose, I would get the petit though especially after the first week or two postpartum as the belly started to shrink down and I was wearing less diapers.Highly recommend. 10 pairs lasted me the first 3 weeks in the way I was using them. I am not one to like spending lots of money on things that are thrown out, but I would 100% be willing to buy these again for postpartum wearing.
