Calmer days and better sleep in a gentle way 🌿
I started taking Gaia Herbs Ashwagandha Root to help with stress and restless sleep, and I can feel a difference. I’m not as on edge during the day, and I fall asleep a bit easier at night and wake up feeling more rested. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I like that it’s a herbal supplement from a brand I trust. Of course everyone is different, but for me it’s been a gentle, helpful support.

Helpful supplement for Stress and Sleep
I’ve used other adaptogens in the past so familiar with the properties of Ashwaganda. I like that this is a liquid. I’ve noticed that I’ve managed stressed better, energy has stabilized, and my sleep has improved. It does take time to build up in your system so keep that in mind if after a couple of weeks it doesn’t seem like things have changed. This seems like a quality product and a solid price point. The pills are medium sized so not difficult to swallow.It is really important to talk with your doctor before taking since it can interfere and/or react with certain medications. Everyone’s body is different but it has worked well for me.

favorite brand for Ashwagandha
Great product. This was the first brand of Ashwagandha I used. I was pleased with the effects (feeling calmer etc). I decided to try the Pure Encapsulations brand as I use that brand for many other supplements with good results. The other brand did not work as well as these, so I while I used up the Pure brand ones, I am now happily back to using these again.

Felling Calmer, Focused and Energized
This supplement has mad a difference on how I feel day to day. Since starting it, I’ve been more energized and focused, and I feel like my stress levels are better. I appreciate that this product is made with natural ingredients. I really trust the quality of the Gaia Herb products, as they are gentle on my system when I take them. I really enjoy this as part of my health routine.

Ashwaganda can hurt your liver. Be sure before you buy, non returnable
I’m sure this is a fine product, I have always liked Gaia, but I read that Ashwaganda can hurt your liver. I was hoping to return the unopened product, but it is not allowed. Stuck with it.
