Pregnancy essential
I am 33 weeks into pregnancy and have been experiencing a lot of round ligament pain. In addition to sitting on a ball or work instead of a chair and doing a few exercises recommended; this belly band has been incredibly helpful in reducing the pressure on my pelvis! It is comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I wise I found this product sooner!Velcro works great and the fit is perfect for me with room for my belly to keep growing.

Plus size friendly
Just wanted to share for other plus size moms, this has been super supportive for me with weight fluctuating from 260-265lbs! Definitely have inches of room left so I expect it will last my whole pregnancy.

Strong Velcro and easy to wear
This offers a lot of support to the baby bump in the last month of my pregnancy. The Velcro is strong and the band is easy to put on. Really good quality band. It is thicker and better worn on the outside of your clothes vs under. I don’t think it’d be very comfy against bare skin. If you are looking for some relief in the last stages of your pregnancy, this could really help!

The Pelvic Eviction Notice, Served Comfortably
This innocuous loop of fabric, a veritable O-shaped whisper of support, arrived just in time for the grand finale of our second human production. It’s no medieval torture device; this is a smooth, single-piece miracle of ergonomic engineering. My better half, a walking monument to maternal endurance, hit 37 weeks, convinced our little squatter was poised for a grand exit. But the medical professionals, those wise arbiters of gestation, gently informed us the tiny overlord was merely hovering, a bit shy, just over the pelvic bone, and recommended this very band.Fast forward a week, the delightful Braxton Hicks were doing their little warm-up routine, and the midwife, with serene authority, noted our future tax deduction had moved back quite a bit, but still more to go. “More band,” she subtly noted. Then, two days later, our doula, a veritable wizard of human mechanics, not only demonstrated the esoteric art of correctly positioning this fabric marvel, but also performed a pre-delivery massage.A few glorious hours later, with this band still providing its gentle, unwavering embrace, the real contractions began. Eight hours of what I can only describe as a biological rock concert, culminating in a pushing phase that lasted less time than it takes me to find my other sock. This thing, when deployed with surgical precision, can apparently coax a reluctant occupant into the express lane, offering a 360-degree tactical hug. There are a ton of adjustments you can make for sizing, so talk with your midwife, check some videos on EXACTLY how to wear it.The build quality is great, nice stitching. Weight and thickness are quality, not too bulk or too heavy, but a good amount that makes you feel comfortable and supported in it.

Comfortable everyday support with a few minor drawbacks
This item was received for free; however, this review is 100% honest and unbiased.I’ve been using the haakaa pregnancy belly band (Medium size!) for the past few weeks during my second trimester, and it’s made a noticeable difference in everyday comfort. It’s breathable, easy to put on, and offers gentle support where you need it most — especially when I’m on my feet for long periods. The one-piece design makes it simple to wear under clothes without feeling bulky, and the breathable material keeps it comfortable even on warmer days. I’ve found that it helps reduce lower back tension and some pelvic pressure, which has been really welcome during long errands or just moving around the house.Things I liked:• Comfortable support: Helps ease lower back and pelvic discomfort without squeezing too tightly• Breathable fabric: Doesn’t make me overheated or itchy, even after wearing it for a few hours• Easy to wear: One-piece design slips on like regular clothing, no straps to fiddle with• Discreet under clothes: Smooth fit means it doesn’t show through most outfits• Good for everyday use: Great support for walking, errands, and standing workThings I didn’t like:• Sizing can be tricky: I ordered Medium, and it’s snug — might’ve been better with a size up• Not ideal for heavy-duty pain relief: Works well for mild discomfort, but doesn’t replace a medical support belt recommended by a doctor• Can shift: If I bend or sit a lot, it sometimes rides up or needs adjustment• Limited compression: If you want very firm support, this feels more gentle than strongOverall:This belly band has been a helpful part of my daily routine. It doesn’t cure pain, but it does make everyday movement more comfortable and less tiring. If you’re looking for gentle, breathable support rather than medical-grade compression, it’s definitely worth trying.
