for me its more like a generic multi-vitamin supplement + some immunity boosters
If you don’t take a multivitamin daily, I could see this being more impactful. But I take a daily multivitamin, and other supplements, like for hair.Now with so many supplements on the market that mix so many other vitamins, I have to pay attention to overdosing. For example, this has a b complex and biotin, which can overlap with other general vitamin supplements.It did have a yellow substance that rubbed off the pills and onto the cotton inside the bottle. Don’t know what that is about.

High Quality Vitamin!
I really like that all the essential vitamins I need can fit into 1 capsule! I’ve been taking it for about a week and have not had any side effects such as nausea or sickness. I actually believe that my immune system has gotten stronger that I’ve purchased an additional bottle for my mother.
