Wonderful product, until it suddenly breaks
I had this product recommended to me by a friend. It was fantastic at first, used it for my sore back muscles and muscle spasms in lower and mid back as well as shoulders. Truly wonderful.Since it resolved my muscle issues, I only had to use it once in awhile, less than 5-10 minutes weekly. When using it on my girflfriend’s lower back, it suddenly got louder and had a weird vibration. I stopped, made sure everything was connected alright, and resumed using it. After 20-30 seconds there was a very loud noise and very strong vibration. I turned it off and there was obviously a component broken and rattling around inside.I have contacted the company to inquire about a replacement. Will update with 5 stars if they stand by their product and replace it. This massage gun has been used for less than a total of 2 hours run time over 12 months, it should last longer than that. Hope to update with a positive review soon.Edit: Contacted the company via email and phone. It took a couple days for them to call me back, but once they did they immediately authorized a replacement unit. I received a brand new unit (including battery and accessories) within a week.The malfunction occurred because of short screws and thin plastic housing that the internal motor is mounted to. Four screws hold it in place, but once some of the plastic weakens and breaks the motor is completely unsecured. Hopefully they have improved this defect within the last year. Overall, due to product effectiveness and great customer service/warranty I would recommend this product.

Sweet Relief
I’d say I’m in between liking and loving it. My build is more muscular and my muscles get extremely tight especially after working out. I’d been using an expensive foam roller, tennis balls and a rolling pin to help my tense and aching muscles. None of them ever felt like they were getting the job done. In doing research I learned about fascia and how that tightens especially with age. I definitely needed something more powerful to massage and loosen my muscles and fascia. This Sonic definitely feels great! It has the power needed to really penetrate my muscles. As soon as I started using it the first time I thought, “this is what I’ve been needing for so long!” I do find it a bit too heavy so it can feel a bit difficult to use and fully relax while using it. I wish the handle had a firmer grip and was a bit slimmer so I could grip it stronger. Or maybe provide a grip glove to wear while using it. My charge has been lasting really well. I use it for much longer than the 5-10min recommended time multiple times and still have 60% charge. It’s also not too loud which is great. My shoulders hold a lot of my tension and knots. This gun is kinda hard to use on my own shoulders. (My tension is in the scapula dip.). For whatever reason my hamstrings REALLY started bothering me as I got older and this is AWESOME for them. I crank up to the second or third power level and it feels amazing. I love feeling like I’m helping my circulation and lymph system too. I have also noticed some improvement in my level and duration of post workout muscle soreness after using it. I would definitely recommend this gun especially given the value price point!!!

Sturdy, Effective and Convenient
I purchased the LifePro the Massage Gun Holder for my LifePro massage gun and I am beyond impressed. The holder has been an absolute game changer—it makes it so easy to reach my back. My husband travels so it this makes it easier to use when he is not around to help.
