Amazing Product
I love this mattress! It is super light weight and makes changing the crib sheet a breeze. My son spits up frequently so I have to change his sheets regularly. The ease of use makes this job quick and easy–two minutes at max. I am short so wrestling a heavy mattress would not have been much fun. My son is now 4 months old and has slept great on it since we started putting him in his crib. He is well supported and looks very comfy. The mattress fits a standard crib perfectly and fits the crib sheets we use (Dwell and Aden & Anais). I also love that it is made in the USA, is made with natural materials and is biodegradable. But the best part is the price. You can’t beat that. Also, the mattress shipped beautifully and even arrived early.

I love how lightweight it is
I have this mattress for both of my kids, almost 3 and almost 1 and have not had any denting that other reviewers mentioned. I love how lightweight it is, it is a game changer when you are changing sheets in the middle of the night, have a crying baby, or just don’t want to hoist a 30+lb mattress around to put on a fitted sheet. It is firm, which is how a baby mattress should be. While it is totally waterproof we do use an organic waterproof, cushioned fitted sheet underneath the regular fitted sheet to provide an additional layer between the fitted sheet and the ‘plastic’ feel. This really helps. Also, no chemicals, no smells nothing.

Affordably Close to Organic
This was the most affordable crib mattress that did not have toxic chemicals and harmful materials. It does not have springs in it and it is very very light weight. This has worked well for us for the past 15 months, but I don’t think this would make a great toddler bed. It is firm, and incredibly easy to change a sheet on because it is so light weight. It’s also made in the USA which is great.

Easy to clean!
I bought one of these for my first baby, and when we found out we were having another, I knew what mattress to buy! It is lightweight. It is firm for baby (and my other daughter still uses hers in her toddler bed). And, it is waterproof. I don’t have to hassle with liners! Any time there has been an accident, I could basically strip the sheet and wipe the mattress clean. That is one of its best qualities!

Very waterproof
This crib mattress is VERY waterproof. Meaning it’s almost a little too crinkly waterproof. However I do love that. I added a bamboo mattress cover and the sheet and it’s now super comfy for baby girl.

Exactly as described. Nice and firm as is necessary for the little ones and fits perfectly in a standard crib- no dangerous gaps. Very lightweight. Came nicely packaged and had no weird smells, though we did let it “air out” anyways. We are hoping to get a couple years out of this mattress.

Truly lightweight!
This mattress is a fantastic option for cribs with high sides or low bottoms, because it is so light!I was able to move the mattress in and out of the crib with ease to change sheets. In the past, we have had other mattresses that were so heavy, making it a big pain to move!Since we put a Naturepedic mattress in my daughter’s bed, her naps and nighttime sleep have increased dramatically- an extra hour or so added to both!I love the combination of Naturepedic’s top of the line, fully organic materials combined with this very user friendly lightweight model!
