Great taste & perfect for pre-pregnancy prep
I’m not currently pregnant, but I started taking these to help get my body ready for pregnancy and I honestly love them. I’ve struggled to find vitamins that work for me and taste good, but these check both boxes. They’re easy to take, don’t upset my stomach, and actually taste good. After taking them consistently, I’ve even noticed my hair looking healthier and growing faster. Overall, I’m really happy with these and will definitely keep using them!

Tastes great with good clean ingredients
It isn’t easy finding great tasting gummy prenatal vitamins that are USDA Organic, Non-GMO, pectin based with no gelatin. But I found them with Mary Ruth’s Pre & Postnatals.Very happy that they contain 800 mcg methylated folate, methyl B12 and iodine. Not only do they taste great, they are easy on the stomach.

Great organic option for prenatal vitamins. I would say still take an iron supplement , as these do not contain a lot of iron. Still great option , not too sweet. Does not upset stomach . Chews just like a fruit snack.

I have been using postnatal for years now and I have to say that this is the best one I’ve used so far. The taste is great. With one of the other gummies I had was chalky and made me nauseous but not these. The size is perfect and it’s easy to chew and swallow. The smell like candy and the sweetness is perfect. After taking these for a month, I have noticed a difference in my energy level and overall health.My only complaint is that I wish that it came in a 2 month supply like the toddler version.

Easy on the stomach for Hyperemesis
As someone that has pretty severe morning sickness, food aversions and overall a rough early pregnancy, these prenatals are amazing. I highly recommend them. The texture is great, flavor is wonderful and does not make me sick!
