I sleep much better since starting to take these at bedtime. If I wake up, I can go back to sleep. I’m also having a lot fewer leg cramps. Apparently, most of us are magnesium-deficient.

Great, just curious about a formula change
I’ve had these on subscription for years at this point. Started when I was pregnant with my first and had horrible insomnia, and they worked wonderfully to help with that. My OB said to take 300mg of magnesium, so I appreciate I’m getting a pregnancy-safe dose. Love the brand and the quality.However, my most recent bottle came with a bit of a different looking formula. Pictured, a capsule from my last bottle (brighter, lighter) next to a capsule from my newest bottle (more gray with black specks). Would definitely appreciate reassurance from the company that these are safe to take if there was a formula change, or a new bottle if not. I am pregnant so clarity on the safety of this batch would be wonderful.If you’re looking for magnesium to help you fall and stay asleep, this formula is great. If you decide on a different brand, just be sure you’re prioritizing magnesium glycinate, as there are many different forms of magnesium. Citrate can be a mild stimulant for some people, so if you get that form, it could do the opposite of help you to sleep.

My husband was craving bananas for weeks. turns out, if your body is non-stop craving bananas, you may be low on magnesium. I use this brand on autoship so we never run out. his banana craving went away but also, his bowel movements have been more regular! his sleep hasn’t really changed, we have a baby and two dogs so we’re usually up in the middle of the night changing a diaper or taking a dog out for a midnight potty break.But they seem to be doing their job ! no taste or anything weird to them. i do enjoy that they come in a glass jar. it feels a little nicer than a plastic bottle.

Helps me fall asleep. I tried the powdered version, but like this much better. Glad they made this in capsule form. Easy to remember to take and no powder mess.

i rate as one start because their is no effect on my health issue unlike to the other product I’ve brought 30munites after i drink i feel sleepy and i feel relax but this no reaction at all. this rate is only for my own experience.
