These are by far my favorite tasting melatonin gummies!! PLUS they’re sugar-free!! Perfect for men They’re orange flavored and is super tasty! I personally like to take 3 of these because I feel like they work better for me and gives me a more natural feeling of feeling sleepy. Everyone is different but I usually find it kicking in after 30 minutes or so? Definitely helps me sleep a lot better without waking up so many times in the night. I don’t wake up groggy, which is a plus. Also, I’ve noticed these don’t make my legs feel weird or jittery like the Olly brand Immunity Sleep, does. These gummies have a soft texture more like eating a Swedish fish candy and not like gummy bears (hope that helps for reference). If you like a gummy bear texture , I’d recommend the Olly or Vitafusion brand!My advice is try different ones to truly find one that works best for you. Try taking them on a weekend to see if the recommended dosage works or do you need more. I love this taste and it tastes just like candy for me so I think this is a keeper for me!

Absolutely love these and their sugar-free it’s like a night treat I have to stop myself from eating three when I know I’m only supposed to have two super fun shape adults should have fun gummies too! The added bonus is I don’t feel groggy in the morning with these which is really nice even if I go ahead and have the three I’m still okay to feel bright and bushy-tailed in the morning

It works…but do your research.
This simply works for me. To give you background, I’ve never had sleep issues, but in my late forties now it seems to be pretty elusive. Sometimes I can’t fall asleep, but most of the time, my issue is interrupted sleep. I wake up between 2-4 and am wide awake. As most people that struggle with sleep will tell you, it’s beyond disruptive to your health and cognition. You feel horrible day in and out when you can’t sleep well. I decided to give this product a try, I’ve never used melatonin before. I love the flavor, kinda tangy and no sugar. I only take one 2 hours before bed and it has done the trick. I am not diabetic, but I am insulin resistant and for years monitor my fasting blood glucose to keep tabs on how I’m metabolizing glucose; I also eat clean and low carb to keep diabetes at bay. Lo and behold, my fasting glucose, usually 80-92 has been skyrocketing all of a sudden. This morning it was 117! I’ve been on the gummy, for about 5 nights. I decided to do some research and if you google “Melatonin and blood sugar” you will find your answer. There is an NIH article as well on it. It appears there is a gene variant (I guess I may have it) that makes those that take melatonin insulin resistant even more so…leading to high levels of glucose throughout the day and def upon waking. I want to cry. I am sleeping so well on this…but obviously I can’t risk diabetes either. These were working heavenly for me; I wear a sleep tracker, the Oura ring, and while on these my REM is the highest it’s been forever – usually 1-2 hours; without them I’m always under 50 minutes and sometimes less; and I truly feel lousy when my sleep sucks. This works for me, but given the sugar implications I am stopping and I would recommend you test your blood sugar while taking this, as it could lead to the same issue. Melatonin in itself correlates with insulin in the pancreas, there’s a whole song and dance between them and having higher levels of melatonin can affect insulin levels. 🙁

I have taken several versions of melatonin and they didn’t do anything for me. I saw these with good reviews so I figure I try them.Not only they taste good, but they actually work. Not only do I fall a sleep quicker, but I have deeper dreams which means I am sleeping better. My only dislike is that is made in China. I was warned not to consume food items from that country as there is no quality control.Ps. As a diabetic, I had no glucose increase from taking it as it’s pretty much sugar free.I hope my review was helpful to you.

They work !!
These really do work !! Just keep them in a closet so they stay out of direct sunlight. They are however, very misleading about the milligrams per gummies. Bottle says they are 6mg, making one to think they are 6mg per gummy, however there are 2 gummies per serving, each one only being 3mg… So, they didn’t last as as I had thought.

I’ve tried what feels like 100 different melatonins and I like this one a lot. The taste is nice and fruity -I like that it’s in gummy form and cute shapes! I will say that the gummies are very sticky when you start chewing them.
