I find the strength of these scents has been perfect so far. None have been too strong but you can still smell them well. I’ve tried some that are so concentrated they don’t smell right or the scent has a hint of chemical smell to it. These do not at all. Now, if I was using them to clear congestion they they probably wouldn’t be strong enough but for a nice pleasant shower, they’re great.One of the tests for me is dye. I’ve had a couple brands of these that were heavily dyed that left color on the shower floor; these have not been brightly colored so far and have left no residue behind.For value, I ordered at a regular price of $9.99 putting these at .83 each. When pricing these, my totally unofficial observation is that they most often are between .56 and $2.00 each. There is a group of $2.50’s and some $3’s, but I didn’t see nearly as many. So that said, I feel they’re a good value. They aren’t the most competitive on the market but they are on the lower end.Personally, I’m thinking these will be a good idea for gifts, gift baskets, or stockings. I really like that the scents have been spot on and overall they’re relaxing.

I’ve heard of, but never tried, a shower steamer before. Honestly, I didn’t see the point of it. Your bathing products already have a scent; why mess with that?I was wrong! I popped a citrus-scented steamer on the floor of the shower last night, and what a nice experience it was! I’m going to try the lavender next. I don’t know if the ones I got are old or something, I couldn’t smell hardly anything at all. Put them in my shower and still nothing unless I put it right up to my nose. Very disappointing
