I would file this under “Just fine”. I really enjoy Momcozy products overall. I shift between breastfeeding and pumping so wanted to be sure I had something that could provide some relief no matter what feeding type I was pursuing.The heating is warm and the cooling is cool (but not cold). You can’t use the vibration alongside the temp settings (unless there’s a trick I haven’t found yet).I do really like the balm it came with, and the pen makes it a lot easier to apply. It absorbs nicely and is not tacky/sticky, as advertised.It feels nice, and I don’t dislike it at all, but it’s a bit subpar with what I’ve come to expect from Momcozy. For the price, I’d expect a bit higher quality for a “nice to have” tool.

The metal tip feels smooth and provides a soothing sensation during use which helps with the extreme sensitivity I experience. While the combination of vibration and temperature control offers a higher level of care than basic creams, I noticed the heating function is relatively mild and could be stronger for deeper relief. I also expect that I will need to purchase specific refills for the pen once the initial supply runs out.
