Was my body made for this pillow or was this pillow made for me?
I wasn’t quite sure what pillow I’ll receive in the end, since the reviews show different pillows. Turns out it was the one I wanted (photo for reference) 😄Since I got that positive pregnancy test I started researching what I might need in the future and pregnancy pillows were a high priority for me.I spent months comparing, price checking and learning about the different types of pillows and how they can support.My entire life I could only fall asleep on my tummy but when it came to actual sleeping I am a back sleeper. Of course both positions that aren’t ideal when you’re pregnant. Sleeping like this caused me severe neck, back and shoulder pain over the last 30 years which only got worse now that I’m carrying a baby.I hit 20 weeks now and it was so time for a pillow! The nights were horrible, everything hurt and the word uncomfortable got a new definition for me.Why did I choose this pillow out of all the 1002849 options out there?- all parts are detachable- no need to adjust the pillow when I want to switch sides- the head pillow supports different sleeping positions- trust in the brand- easy customization of shape exactly to my needsAs a belly and back sleeper the detachable and also supportive head pillow was probably the biggest plus for this one.The pillow arrived fast and vacuum compressed. After a short amount of time it got its normal shape and fluff. The material is very nice and soft, also on bare skin. There is absolutely no odor, firmness was on point. Setting the pillow up how I wanted took me less than a minute and was super easy.I am around 200lbs at the moment and there is still room for my bump to grow. So plus size ladies – do not worry. You will fit in there.I don’t know if everyone has the same experience but I was mind blown how incredibly well this pillow fits my body. Everything just made sense. The spot for the arm, the curves, the leg pillow. I felt like this pillow was made just for me 😄 I am 5’6 and I can see that much taller women probably won’t have the same comfort as I do. We have a queen bed and my husband moves a lot during sleep but I don’t think it takes up too much space. Even cuddling is possible with it. Definitely does not feel like a wall between us.Now to the absolute highlight: the head pillow. The middle is nice and soft and the sides are firmer. It is so incredibly comfortable to sleep on it!!!!!!I’ll most certainly detach it and use it until it falls apart as a normal sleeping pillow after pregnancy.Now that I have this pillow here and I used it, I can understand the $70. The price was my biggest problem, since there are options for way less out there. But trust me: the comfort and customization are worth every cent!

Great size and comfortable to travel with. Took this pillow for a weekend trip…best idea ever. Folded it into a bag and had the best sleep. Doesn’t make me feel claustrophobic like some huge U shape pillows do. It’s adjustable and you can remove the wedge pillow if you don’t want to use it. Definitely would recommend. Great value for your money. It’s a soft velvety material. Great packaging it’s vacuum sealed 2x and wrapped. Like 5 layers to open 😂 with no odd smell. Need to wait 48 hrs for it to fully fluff up. Picture taken was right after taking out of package.

My issues with sleep go well back to my childhood. They haven’t improved with illness and injuries. I have advanced Fibromyalgia and a closed spinal column injury. Getting comfortable even on the best mattress is difficult. When a friend suggested I try a pregnancy pillow I was sceptical. However, I will say without doubt it has improved the quality of my sleep. I am able to find and keep a comfortable position throughout the night. It prevents tossing and turning so I have a more restful sleep.As far as value goes, I researched several pillows before settling on this one. It was the best price and design. The shape lets you chose several different sleep positions. The price was nearly half that of similar pillows with far less desirable ratings and features. It has a good strong filling and although it is rather heavy I’ve been able to wash it in my front loading washer. The only very small negative I would give is that the velor cover gets a bit warm in the warmer weather. I intend to make a cotton cover for it. Aside from that this is a 10/10. I highly recommend it.
