FAQ
Q1: How to pump correctly and efficiently?
1. Ensure the breast pump accessories are installed correctly (*Especially make sure the linker ‘ears’ align with slots in the milk collector)and install the motor on the milk collector (it is correctly fixed if there’s a “click” sound), and make sure the flange fits your breast well when pumping.
2. Choose the correct size flange. (Other size like 15/17/19/21/27mm is also available in Momcozy Amazon store)
*Use the ”nipple measure tool”(included in the box), and select the flange according to the measurement size. (Be sure to measure the diameter of the nipple alone—do not include the areola.)
3. The silicone accessories can be replaced every 3 months or so according to the installation and suction status of the breast pump.
Q2: Do I need a special bra for pumping?
Momcozy S12 Pro wearable breast pump is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. For a better pumping experience, make sure there is no space between the breast pump and your breast, and it cannot be moved easily.
Suggest bra style: full coverage/stretch fabric nursing bra. *If your bra isn’t flexible enough, you can use a bra adjuster attached to create more room.

Best wearable I’ve had pumping for twins
So far I’ve only had this two days but has been the best wearable of this kind that I’ve had. My medela freestyle And medela in style have been the only pumps up until now that get me empty the others had less than half the output at a much higher suction. With the mom oxy I can have it at a two and get the same results as my two medelas which is very important to me as I prepare or go back to work. I love that this has covers and that the motor/pump actually gets plugged to prevent spillage when bending this is a game changer for me as my job is very active. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of but something I can deal with is that some milk doesn’t make it all the way down into the collection cup but I’ve figured out my own way to remedy this. My twins will continue to be happy fed little babies thanks to this pump I had to get something better and I found it!

They are not very comfortable, they cracked my nipples
I did not like it, my nipples are cracked and they are hurting. It also leaks a little, you need to be careful closing them.

Actually works!
I’ve only had this pump for a few weeks but so far I love it! It fits together like snapware and doesn’t leak as much as the Elvie double pump. The motor part does stick out of your bra so keep that in mind. It also doesn’t hook up to Bluetooth or anything like that. The time and vacuum numbers are on the part itself. I personally prefer that, less to cause issues. It also has silicone flanges which is so much more comfortable than my plastic spectra flanges. I actually like this one better than the portable spectra SG. It does great at emptying me out and has minimal parts to wash. I would recommend if you’re looking for a wearable pump and don’t mind the motors sticking out of your bra. Also, with any portable pump you have to be patient the first few times with leaks and placement.

I get a good amount of milk with these
This is a really great hands free pump. After a few attempts I found the right settings and flange inserts. I get over 5 ounces each pumping session, which is really great for me. What I like most is how secure the seal is. I have had no issues with leaking at all with these pumps. I’ve had other hands free pumps leak, which was a massive and sad mess. I get several pumping sessions on one charge, and I usually only have to charge these once a day.My only complaints are that they aren’t the easiest to clean, and they are a bit bulky. The pumps have little pieces that can be a hassle to clean and put back together. I feel like I’m going to have to replace the smaller parts more often. The motors are also a bit bulky and loud. So while it is hands free, its not really subtle. I still feel like I need to pump in private. It also is s but difficult to hold my baby while wearing the pumps.

Loved at first …
I really wanted to hate these pumps — and I didn’t. For context, I currently own three pumps: the Eufy S1 Pro, the BabyBuddha 2.0, and the Momcozy S12 Pro, which is my second wearable. I originally did not trust Momcozy at all. While pregnant, I actually canceled an order after repeatedly seeing claims on Reddit and WhatToExpect that Momcozy infiltrates mom groups and posts fake reviews. The overwhelmingly positive feedback felt suspicious, and it was genuinely hard to find a bad review, which only increased my skepticism.Fast forward to postpartum: Momcozy ran a good sale on Amazon, and curiosity got the best of me. I figured I’d try them as a backup wearable. When I tell you I was shocked by how much I liked them, I mean it. The suction is strong — stronger than my Eufy S1s for me — and the output was consistently amazing, even better than the Eufy, which I love. They fit comfortably in my bra, are relatively discreet sound-wise for a wearable, and sit on the breast really well. Considering the price difference, I truly did not expect to fall in love with their performance the way I did. However, the problem — and it’s a big one — is durability. I’ve only been using these pumps for about two weeks, and not even daily, probably every other day at most. I am extremely meticulous with my pump parts. I do not put these in the Momcozy dishwasher or sterilizer (which is frustrating in itself, considering how expensive that product is and the fact that their own pumps aren’t compatible with it). Instead, I wash them carefully in hot but safe temperatures and follow all guidelines. Despite that, the collector pieces already seem warped, like the sizing has slightly changed, and the suction consistency feels off. I’m now at a point where I need to replace parts far sooner than I should, especially given how lightly they’ve been used.I’ve seen many people online say that Momcozy parts need frequent replacement, but this feels far too soon. What makes it more frustrating is that I rely on wearable pumps at home because I have toddlers, and now I’m waiting four days for replacement parts to arrive. That completely defeats the purpose of having a convenient wearable pump available when you need it. And replacements parts are expensive !!!Overall, I love the suction, the fit, the discreetness, the output, and the price point. What I don’t love is the quality control and how quickly parts seem to degrade, creating an expectation that replacements are just part of owning this pump. If I had to rank the pumps I own, the Eufy S1 Pro is hands down number one — it truly is everything people say it is and feels like a perfect pump. Momcozy S12 Pro comes in second because the performance is excellent, but the longevity is questionable. BabyBuddha 2.0 ranks last for me, as it’s powerful but not ideal for my lifestyle. If you want strong suction and great output at a lower price, the Momcozy S12 Pro delivers — just be prepared for frequent part replacements and potential frustration. I wanted to love these pumps without hesitation. Instead, I love them with reservations.
