【OEKO-TEX Certified & Ergonomic Support Comfort】Momcozy leg pillow combines a contour-hugging shape (110° & 45° surfaces) to reduce pressure points and knee collision with an adjustable elastic strap for a personalized, secure fit. The OEKO-TEX certified cover ensures a breathable and cozy feel, and is completely machine washable for ultimate convenience and hygiene.
【Dual Security: Adjustable Strap & Zipper-Hiding Pocket】Momcozy leg pillow for side sleeping paired with an elastic strap, prevents it from shifting, and providing consistent, all-night support. Moreover, the soft zipper-hiding pocket safely conceals the zipper to eliminate any risk of pinching, ensuring seamless comfort.
【Soft Memory Foam for Uninterrupted Sleep】Made from adaptive, slow-rebound memory foam, the leg pillow offers gentle leg elevation during sofa relaxation—simply place it under your calves to help reduce swelling. At night, its body-contouring support cradles your knees and aligns your hips to relieve pressure, paving the way for restorative sleep.
【Thoughtful Gift of All-Day Comfort & Portable Support】More than a sleep aid, it’s a thoughtful gift of care. Offer relief to a pregnant wife or aging parents, it functions as a lumbar cushion during the day and a knee pillow at night. Helpful for Pelvic Girdle Pain
BEFORE PILLOW:First time mom here! I was using a regular sleeping pillow between my knees since about 8 weeks pregnant. We have a queen-sized bed and I was worried a huge pregnancy pillow would be too cumbersome and take up too much space, so I was determined to make-do with what we already had. You know, for money reasons. I sleep 80% of the time on my left side, but do enjoy switching sides occasionally, and I wasn’t sure if turning over would be even possible with one of those large U-shaped pillows. When my pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over became a true challenge. At about 8 weeks pregnant, I needed a regular pillow between my knees to help with hip discomfort, so once the pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over with the pain AND a standard-sized pillow was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. My sleep was disrupted from pain, and having to pull the pillow out from my knees, turn over, drag the pillow to the new spot under the sheets, position it, and get comfortable again.I eventually found this Momcozy knee pillow and it seemed like a great solution for me personally, so I tried it out for the price.AFTER THE KNEE PILLOW:I roll over at night almost without thinking, now! I move cautiously still due to the ebs and flow of the pelvic pain, but not because I have to focus on keeping the pillow in place. Functionally, the scrunchy leg strap is barely-there in a good way, meaning I’m not distracted by the sensation, and I don’t even worry about having to transition a full-size pillow with me when I turn =) I honestly forget it’s there. The height and firmness is perfect: feels plush and comfy memory foam, but doesn’t lose shape at all overnight.Highly recommend!

Love love love this product!
Honestly the best item I’ve purchased this year. It takes the pressure off my lower spine / overly tight hip muscles and helps me sleep. Soft and cozy. I’m not a pregnant mom. This could be used by anyone. Love it.

Way better than a body pillow
For my first pregnancy, I used a large body pillow, but for some reason that was uncomfortable/making my pelvic pain worse for my second pregnancy. I switched to this plus a butterfly-style pillow to support my belly, and it’s been great! Love the strap to hold this in place over night. It’s also SO easy to slip off for a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip vs. wrestling with a huge pillow to get out of bed. Definitely has helped my back, hips, etc. feel better.

Reduced Back Issues
I’ve been using the Momcozy Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers since October, and honestly—it’s way better than I expected. I previously bought something similar a few years ago and anytime I woke up the pillow was lost somewhere in the sheets. This one is much better but not perfect. The memory foam is soft but still supportive, so it keeps my knees comfortably separated without feeling squishy or collapsing overnight. I wake up with way less hip and lower back pain, which is a big win if you’re a side sleeper. The cooling cover is a nice touch too—I tend to overheat at night, and this actually stays cool instead of turning into a mini furnace between my legs. I mentioned the strap because the pillow stays put when I move around (no more hunting for it at 3 a.m.). The wider shape spreads pressure evenly, so it doesn’t dig into my knees. Overall, it feels well-made, comfy, and genuinely helpful for alignment. Definitely worth it if you’re tired of waking up sore or stiff. The biggest downside is the strap, although a huge improvement over the other product I tried, is very large and it often still moves around after I fall asleep. I wish there was a way to tighten it some.

Great pillow for pregnant women or side sleepers
This pillow is great for pregnant women needing help with hip alignment as well as a non-pregnant person who is a side sleeper. I’ve used mine while I was pregnant and after I was pregnant and had to keep your body aligned and has reduced some back pain for me.

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend!! I tried so many methods for my knee pains during my pregnancy and this was a wonderful find. I also love that it has a strap so it stays on the full night. It’s also very comfortable and my sleep has improved so much.

Didn’t work for me
This pillow is really nice fabric and high quality cushion but it was just too thick for me to use! I think it would’ve been perfect if it was an inch or too shorter.

Saved my sleep!
This pillow has saved my sleep. Pregnancy has made my joints sore and this knee pillow has saved my hips. I sleep so comfortably now! And the pillow stays in place all night long so I’m never dealing with adjusting it over and over once I put it on. My husband and I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up any room at all in the bed. I highly recommend this pillow!
