STEP 1
Tear off the top plastic portion to open the bag. Using a permanent marker, write the date and time on the bag. Remember to write down any medications you took on the day you pumped.
STEP 2
Pour breast milk into the bag. The amount should be equal to what you expect your baby to eat in one feeding, for example 3-4oz. Do not exceed 6 oz.
STEP 3
Remove excess air and seal completely. Lay flat to freeze.
STEP 4
When ready to thaw, place in the refrigerator or place sealed bag in warm tap water. Once thawed, pour the milk into a bottle.

These are hands down the best breast milk storage bags! I used another brand and after crying over literal spilled milk from crappy bags, I’m so glad I tried these.They’re much thicker than most and super durable! They hold a lot of milk, I think up to 8oz, though I typically do 4-5oz per bag. They are thoughtfully designed with a pour spout and have a sealed top to ensure they aren’t tampered with! I love how easy they are to use and that they can stand up as well! They are definitely worth the price!

It says it holds 8 oz but on the bag it only says 6 oz. I havent tried filling it 8 oz full in fear it would be too much, but it looks like it can fit even after filling 6 oz into the bag. It is easy to open but hard to close, which is good because it needs to be sturdy and thick to hold all that milk. Once I close it, I use the table to press on it for assurance to make sure I closed all sides. The bag color choice is nice to look at and easy to spot in the freezer/fridge. Quality is durable. Pricey but worth the month. The line isn’t accurate with how much you have, so I pump into a bottle to know how much I am pouring into the bag. Definitely easier to write down the date and oz amount before you pour milk inside.

Great for day-to-day breastmilk storage
I use these bags for the day to day breastmilk storage. I’m not a fan of how they store in the freezer especially when I’m bundling multiples in a freezer bag for future use. I prefer the sturdiness of these when placing them in the refrigerator for the next use as they stand up great and don’t fall over. Closing them for the first time is super easy, but opening them and reclosing can be a pain at times. They are leak proof.

Great bags!
I’ve always used these bags and they are great! It says it holds up to 4 or 6 but I’ve easily put 8-9 oz in a bag before and it fits great. Good design with the tear at the end to dump milk out of, although personally I hardly use that, I just open up the ziplock and pour it out that way since I think the other way pours out too slow. But because I do that, I do notice that sometimes and not all the bags do this, but the ziplock is hard to come apart sometimes. Which just proves a point to how leak proof it is! Great value bundle for the money and I’ll always choose this brand as my main milk storage bags.
