It really works on legs or back
This massage roller stick is terrific. My thighs get tight if I’m standing very long and in about 15 minutes of rolling the rollar stick over my legs, they start relaxing. It works on the front or back of your legs. Great buy.P. Sorrenson

Helps with leg and back and all over the body
I had knee replacement surgery and had a lot of swelling. The wife says that you need to ‘kneed’ the leg to get the circulation going again and this would help.I was not sure what to make of this but my Physical Therapy person said she is right and give it a try. Well I did and it hurt. But I noticed the swelling going down and I felt a lot better a lot sooner than if I did not use it.The roller is bendable and can help to follow the circumference of the leg.It is quiet and you can press fairly hard on the leg to help with whatever you want to do. I’m still recovering, trying to get my knee to bend like before. But the swelling is going down and lot. I did use it on my ‘good’ leg and it helped with cramps. Especially now that I put more pressure on the ‘good’ leg.Note: I am not a doctor so check with your doctor or Physical Therapist before using this product for the reason I am using it.

This is a great roller. I like the individual rollers along the bar. I have spine and sacrum issues and always get the worst knot and my husband was able to roll it perfectly to work the knot loose.

Great after Total Knee Replacement
I am recovering from a total knee replacement and the muscles in my calves and quad are very tight which prevents me from gaining an acceptable range of motion in the new knee. I purchased this Massage Roller Stick and it has been so helpful! My whole leg feels so much better and I am finally making progress. Best money ever spent!

This roller was suggested to me by my physiotherapist, and it has been a lifesaver. I injured my thigh while trying to walk in the snow/ice, and this roller has been super helpful. Just a few minutes a day, and my thigh feels so much better. I now use the roller on any muscles that are sore.
