Magnesium Glycinate by NATURE MADE is an excellent produc, I think. I take this every day with Nature Made D-3. I feel better and sleep better when I take these two.

I’ve been using Nature Made High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate for a few weeks now, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with how well it’s working for me.
