Small Gel Capsules that are Easy to Take
I appreciate the lower dosage as the higher doses have created some issues for me. If you need or want a higher dose you can double up on the pills. This are very small capsules if you have trouble swallowing bigger ones. I have never had an issue with this brand and feel that the quality is good.

The gold standard
Nature Made is a brand you can trust, and the price is right. I need to take some extra D3 so I got a bottle. If you hold the bottle up to the light, you’ll see it is half-full. One star lost for deceptive packaging. You definitely get 300 “softgels” but they didn’t want to put them in a smaller bottle. Bigger looks more appealing. Otherwise, the product itself is fine.

We’ve ordered the smaller bottle from iHerb previously. The capsules were not entirely stuck together. The capsules in these two 300 capsule bottles are ENTIRELY stuck together. I’ve tried to pry capsules off, but they’re stuck fast. How to eat this? Is the active ingredient still effective if the bottles have been kept in such lousy conditions that it arrives in an indistinguishable clump of capsules?
