Easy way to stay healthy
I read online that taking this will help you avoid getting sick. There are a lot of people that swear by this. So, I figured I’d give it a try. I can honestly tell it works great. I take one every day, but if I feel a cold coming on, I’ll take more. It’s easy to take, basically like a vitamin. I recommend it.

Amazing for my immune health!
Super easy to swallow. I was getting sick a lot, and once I started using this elderberry I’ve been able to fight sickness a lot better. I’ll just take one unless I feel like I’m fighting something, then I’ll up it to two. It says to take with food. I don’t think I ever have, and I haven’t had a problem with that. I take it right before bed and that works fine for me. Definitely recommend! I’d love to make my own elderberry syrup, but until I have the time and the motivation for that, this will do wonderfully.

Great for colds….Highly recommend!
Great for colds but don’t overdue them or you’ll run out when you really need them. I keep three things on hand for cold season: this, Umcka Cold Care and Airborne (or store brand) All three are great for fighting colds and each have their unique ability to do so. All are great to begin at the first sign of a cold and to shorten the duration. I highly recommend all three but not to use at the same time. Get when you can and use it and see what works best for you. Zicam never worked for us so we gave up using it. This may or may not work for you. Highly recommend. Tastes good, too. Look it up: Elderberry is proven to fight colds.

We Only Take 1 Tablet a day
We’ve been taking them every night, and so far so good. The colts that we have seem to last shorter, and we seem to stay well from getting the cold that a few of our family members have. But then again I’m a firm believer in prayer, so I prayed and I took this supplement to. I chose this supplement because it doesn’t appear to have zinc, which have allergic to! I also like the high dosage, but based on some of the reviews about side effects, we only take a day.
