Do I need to use pads or tampons with these leakproof underwear?
No. Designed for heavy periods, postpartum recovery, and light incontinence (including bladder leaks), they’re fully protective on their own. For extra security, pair with a tampon or pad. Side-leak defense included.
Can these leakproof panties go in the dryer?
Yes! Neione underwear is designed for easy care. They are suitable for machine wash and tumble dry at 60°C or 140°F max.
The care instructions say no fabric softener, why?
We recommend avoiding fabric softener as it can coat the fabric, diminishing its absorbency. For optimal performance of your Neione period underwear, wash them without softener.
Does it contain PFAs?
Neione leakproof underwear is PFAs-free and meets the Product Class I of Oeko-Tex Standard 100. By limiting the use of chemicals to a minimum, we ensure our products are safe for your health and the environment.

I’m really happy with these! They fit perfectly, according to size. While they do have thickness in the absorbent areas, they don’t “feel” thick. I forget I’m wearing anything different than normal. And it’s nice to have the confidence that nothing will leak and soil my clothing.

Absorbent and Not Too Bulky
This underwear is great for small leaks and to wear as an addition to pads or tampons during heavy periods. I love the fit which is true to size and it stays put very well even during extraneous activity. I appreciate the wide waistband which prevents the underwear’s edge rolling and does not cut you funny in any way. The material is quite breathable and doesn’t make you feel overheated. Overall, I think this is a great pair for lighter leaks while being super comfy.

Nice and thick padding where it matters, they really work, get them if you tend to have leaks
These leak proof panties are great! For women who know, if you’ve had a kid especially, you laugh a little, you sneeze and whoa, a leak happens. This is the underwear we need! I’ve washed them and worn them, and so far so good. They definitely do the job they were meant to do. The sizing is true to size, and these panties are amply thick not sheer, the padding in the panty liner area is a little bit thicker than the rest of the panty, because that is where the padding is located to catch those impromptu leaks. It is an amazing product, I only wish I had gotten them sooner and that I had more of them. I will be buying a lot of these soon, will be replacing all of my panties with these.I’m giving these leak proof underwear 5 stars, would give them 10 if I could. I’m also premenopausal and when the monthly visitor comes, it comes as a sudden gush, and thank goodness I was wearing this underwear when the gush happened! My nightgown was saved from getting stained and I was saved from a huge embarrassment. If you have partial incontinence and/or are pre menopausal, don’t hesitate on these, just get them!

Great, comfy absorbent undies!
These are 100% cotton, really absorbent, and super comfortable! I wore them all day to test them out and they didn’t leak, so they hold approximately as much as two pads. If you have a heavy flow you would still need a pad for part of the day but these are still great backup do you don’t have to worry about leaks!.The sturdy fabric make them a great value, especially compared to buying disposable pads every month. Most period underwear has polyester or some other synthetic fiber, which I prefer to avoid, making this a great choice! The sizing is pretty accurate, I usually wear a small and a small fit great but they are snug and stretchy so medium would also be comfortable.

Overall good looking leakproof underwear
Just opened the package. They are as described. Haven’t had a chance to use them yet. Want to launder them first. I did try it on. Seems true to size. I typically wear a large and ordered large and they fit comfortably. They are a little lower on the legs than I’m used to. Almost more like a boy short. They are high waisted and have the absorbency liner all the way up the front and backside to the waistband to prevent leaks. Quality seems good and I like that they are made of a majority of cotton. I’ll update if I find something iffy during use. So far overall a good first impression.

Great price for period panties!
I got these for my heavy flow nights as a backup, because I sleep poorly worrying about leaking onto the bed. For 2/$20 this looked like a great deal to try them out. After using these several cycles, these work great. They are comfortable, and I really appreciate that they are made of cotton. I tried these out on light days by themself and they worked out great. Definitely recommend!
