Nike Sizes
It is hard to find white running shorts so I was excited to find these. However, Nike sizing has changed over the past few years. If you order these shorts, you need to go one size up. Otherwise it’s a great style and has the built in briefs. Where the briefs don’t cover, it is see-through when wet if that bothers you.

Love love love these. Fit true to size. I’m 5’4 (115 lbs) z’s is right on. I wish I could get more but they are constantly sold out. I would tk one of every color!!! Great product!

She finds them very comfortable to walk or run in. She does more walking but has been known to run for 30-45 minutes and when she does they are comfortable and do not rub. They have washed and held up well and the waistband holds its’ shape better than many shorts. They are on the short side but not terribly so like some running shorts.Overall she is very happy.
