It works!
This tea really worked for me. I’ve had it 4 times, once a day so far and my supply has increased notably. Full disclosure, I already had a good supply and was making slightly more than what my baby needs, I bought this tea to try and pump a little extra to build a freezer stash for later. I re-steeped the tea bags like the package says you can so I’ve only truly used 2 of the tea bags so far. The second steep doesn’t have as much of the berry flavor and is not nearly as purple as the first steep, but the taste is still pleasant and easy to drink. I have been chilling the tea and drinking it ice, but it was good hot as well.

Best tasting lactation tea!
Since I only produced 1 oz of breastmilk each breast for a week after my baby was born, I was worried that I didn’t have enough milk supply and decided to try several lactation teas (Oat Mama 100% Organic Blueberry Pomegranate Herbal Tea, Milkmakers Lactation Coconut Tea, Earth Mama Organic Milkmaid Tea). I tried all three teas for three days and from my third day, I was able to produce 2.5-3.5 oz of breastmilk each breast. Since my mom insisted that drinking too hot or too cold liquid is not good for women who have recently given birth, I put one tea bag into a 1-liter container with lukewarm water and waited 3 minutes for the tea to brew and drank it. Maybe I started to produce more milk because of the third variable – which is that I started drinking more liquid in general – but having a flavor definitely motivated me drink more liquid. While being most expensive, my favorite was Oat Mama 100% Organic Blueberry Pomegranate Herbal Tea because it smelled so delicious and refreshing. It reminded me of Starbucks hibiscus tea. My second favorite was Milkmakers Lactation Coconut Tea with faint scent of coconut. I didn’t enjoy Earth Mama Organic Milkmaid Tea that much because it smelled and tasted too “medicinal” and “herby.”

Small package for price
Taste is okay, this does help with milk production but I found it makes baby a little gassy. What I really didn’t like is the tiny amount that comes in the package compared to the size of the package ordered directly thought their website for the same price. Added video of it next to a water bottle for size reference.

I bought this and another flavor (cinnamon) from the same brand. This review applies to both.Pros:* Good taste. The berry taste is really nice and fruity. The Cinnamon flavor is like a nice winter-time tea. I like that they don’t add licorice to the mixture.* I can’t say that this tea solely helps with extra milk production, because I also take lactation cookies and supplements. But it does seem to help, in conjunction with the other products.* I can see that the ingredients are solid, dried fruits and all. Not just a bag of dusty/powdery ingredients.Cons:* Price is expensive compare to other brands. But considering that it’s tea’s quality is good, I won’t complain.* For the price of these teabags, THE STRINGS ARE TOO SHORT!!! Unless one uses a very shallow cup, this teabag would hang oddly on the surface of a regular cup/mug.I it would be nice if the manufacturer could make these with the strings 1-2 inches longer.I added a photo as comparison between this brand’s teabag versus other brand’s.

Works! And tastes good and fenugreek free!
I just tried this about 3 days ago for the first time. I delivered my son at 24 weeks and on top of that, I have PCOS. For the last few months, I have been pumping 8mls and it’s been frustrating that I can’t pump enough for my little man. After 3 days of using this, my milk has been increasing daily! And it tastes so good! I make it iced and add some raspberry syrup for added flavor. It says on the package you can reuse the teabags for an additional serving, but it seems pretty weak. But overall, I love it!

Taste is great!
I really love the taste of this tea. The only way it will increase my milk though is if I take it 2 times a day as opposed to once which does suck because it’s a bit pricey for the quantity you get. Despite that, I’d still recommend it.

I came across this brand at Target when my milk supply had dropped significantly and I was feeling desperate. I’d avoided using supplements and teas to boost my supply, especially after reading reviews about Legendary Milk causing upset stomachs in babies. But after barely pumping 1oz from 3.5-4oz I decided to give it a shot—and wow, the reviews aren’t fake news, this stuff actually works!!! I was so impressed with the supplements that I ended up ordering the teas on Amazon too. After a week, my supply is back to normal, my baby hasn’t shown any signs of tummy troubles so it’s safe to say this will be a product I’ll be ordering often on a monthly basis
