Double check sizing
I really love that these are organic. I feel like they held a lot and felt really secure. Washing and taking care of them was easier than I expected. I didn’t notice that their sizing is a bit smaller than average current sizing, so double check that. Otherwise, these have been great so far.

Like a diaper
I was hesitating between giving it 3 and 4 stars and in the end went with 4 because it is good absorbent underwear. Even though it does have absorbent pads that go all the way from the top in the front to the top in the back, once the middle was full that felt like that was it, it just didn’t feel like there was any more room to be absorbed. There honestly might have been but I didn’t want to take the chance. Additionally, it does feel kind of like a diaper on. I did get used to the feeling and I really like that it’s boy shorts, plus it’s comfortable and soft. Overall it’s a pretty good product that I see using on lighter days.

Comfortable
I got these at exactly the wrong time to test them out, but when I tried them on after washing them, they were comfortable. I like that the absorbent section stretches across the entire garment, and having the boxer legs makes it feel a little more secure, like it’ll stay in place really well. It felt like it was quite absorbent, so I think it will be a good option for me.

Comfortable, but size up if possible.
This underwear is comfortable to wear and is very absorbent, but it is still tight around the legs if you order true to size. I do appreciate the full coverage which gives me peace of mind, but I would size up if possible. Care instructions are a bit finicky but worth it to save money. Buy two or three if you plan to wear them for your entire cycle to swap them out, as it is recommended you air dry them.

The full gusset makes the difference.
Lots of underwear for women only have padding in the crotch and it often isn’t enough to capture leaks or overflow. These boy shorts have a gusset that goes from the front to the back all the way up to the waist. They do not add additional bulk, just the protection you need for monthly period control or daily leak control. They can be machine washed, or washed by hand in the sink and dried to reuse the next day.

Feel a bit diapery
These are way thicker than other period underwear I’ve tried. They fit as expected, besides the thickness of them. They do a good job protecting from leaks, but the don’t particularly like the way they feel on.
