Helps me fall asleep, the only thing, I might not stay asleep. Nice taste and easy to take if you don’t like swallowing pills. Take right before bed, make sure your room is cool and dark.

The product itself works great, very effective. However, the gummies in this last shipment are clumped up in the container like it has been exposed to a heat source. I have to peel the gummies apart. I hope it hasn’t compromised the efficacy.

Not bad. Taste nice but dont need the added sugar. Feel slightly groggy next day and I think they give me headaches sometimes. I think they do help to fall asleep unless you are really jacking up the cortisol and are super stressed.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
