Hundreds of uses!!!🥵🤕
Everyone needs these ice packs , especially if you have kids! They are perfect for little bumps and boo boos. Awesome for sprains and strains. They can fit and wrap around in odd shaped places on your body. That’s why they’re perfect. The little covers are a bonus and handy to have.

Very useful, eases pain
I just had my 5th baby and this set is wonderful to have during those first few weeks postpartum. The quality is on par with Lansinoh products and they hold temperature well. They can be heated and frozen which is great since the kind of relief you need can change. I can also see me using the pads during my periods in the future as I am one of the few women that experiences painful swelling as a symptom. the only unfortunate thing about washable covers is that they stain pretty easily. I would have liked them to be in a darker fabric or pattern.

Works great!
These gel packs are a good quality way to get some relief right where it is needed. The fact that you get two of each shape is helpful for being able to swap them out of the freezer and keep using them. The price is nice for getting some good relief in a non-medicated way. They can be washed/rinsed in the sink easily, and the shape of them makes their placement simple and effective.

Wonderful quality
These are going to be perfect for after I give birth in Dec!!!This is exactly what I was looking for,Something that wasnt just your normal ice pack and something that was not disposable. If you place these in the freezer, they Will get nice and hard, And last twice as long compared to if you place these in the refrigerator. The covers that come with these are super cute and the ice packs slide right on in and you don’t have to worry about the ice pack slipping out !!

A must have for postpartum.
A must have for afterbirth pain or discomfort. Very good quality and after taking it out of the freezer it retains the ice so that it stays cold for a while. It comes with washable fabric covers so that you don’t have to place them ice cold against your skin. Great design and value.

5 stars for the breast ice packs, perineal ice packs are impractical
At one week postpartum with engorged breasts, the breast ice packs have been a great relief. They’re easy to get in and out of the washable covers, which is great for any leakage. I wear them with a nursing bra or tank and they stay in place. They fit 32FF breasts well.I didn’t find the perineal ice packs that practical. They’re still great ice packs, but I have to put them on my underwear under a pad, and you can barely feel the cold through a pad. I can’t apply them directly without being under a pad due to postpartum bleeding, so they’re not that useful for the intended purpose. Note that this is not a problem with all perineal ice packs – these are probably just not thick/big enough. The hospital perineal ice packs worked great under pads. With only half the items being useful, I can’t really recommend purchasing this set.

Perfectly designed.
Note the ad says “thoughtful design “! They are not lying! These are shaped perfectly to use after having a baby. Plus the sleeves are easy yo get the ice packs inand out of but still hold on well. The sleeves are a nice material to put against the slim, so they nailed that with this design too! They are flexible when cooled. Really just perfect. ( perineal ice packs)

These ice packs were honestly such a relief to have on hand. They cool down quickly, stay cold for a good amount of time, and the soft covers make them comfortable to use without feeling too harsh on sensitive skin. I really liked that the set comes with different shapes for different areas—it makes everything so much easier when you’re sore, swollen, or just needing a bit of extra comfort.

The Vecozey Perineal Ice Packs & Breast Therapy Gel Packs are a thoughtful postpartum recovery kit. The soft, washable covers are comfortable against sensitive skin, and the reusable ice packs retain cold effectively for perineal and breast relief. I used these after delivery, and they significantly eased discomfort from engorgement and minor swelling. The gel packs are versatile and fit well in different areas of the body. A practical and soothing solution for new parents looking for gentle postpartum care.

This set from the team at Vecozey is largely promoted as being most suitable for Mums who are breastfeeding which is 100% true, however as a healthcare worker when I saw these my mind immediately went to other uses beyond just Mums. For example and not limited to sports injury recovery, headache / migraine symptom relief, healing for bruises and bumps on various parts of the body and arthritic pain. Essentially I jumped at the opportunity to have some quality first aid gel packs for my First Aid KitThe blue gel packs can be used for cold therapy (freeze for 2-4 hours) or hot therapy (20 seconds microwave) and have matching covers to protect the skin whilst insitu. I followed 20 seconds microwave recommendation and my personal preference was for it to be a little hotter but please be careful because these gel packs can get extremely hot, as in scalding hot if over heated. The last thing anyone needs is a skin burnLargely this is a comprehensive kit covering all therapy needs including x2 round gel packs, x2 longer gel packs, covers and most impressively a zip lock bag to keep everything together when not in useOn the negative side my only comment would be in relation to the blue gel at the heart of these packs – nowhere amongst the promotional material could I find what the blue gel actually is? One line simply states “Safety & Non-toxic” which doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence. I’m sure nursing mums would like to understand exactly the nature of the blue get substance so they can make their own informed decision if safe to use Pro-Tip: these types of gel packs are extremely prone to leakage particularly with regular microwaving meaning they can and do leak gelPrice wise its right on the threshold of being good value for money particularly when the included covers are far from essential when a clean tea towel or t-shirt would work as a reasonable jury rigged coverOVERALL IMPRESSION✅ First Aid Kit ReadyEvery household and family needs a set of these gel packs because any product that provides drug free relief from pain is priceless. Just be extremely careful when microwaving because they can become volcanic hot 🔥I have removed one star because there is no obvious product information in relation to the blue gel which is an oversight4 STARS✰ ✰ ✰ ✰

These are exactly as described. They were a present to a nursing friend and she absolutely adored them. She said they were really soothing and she loved how soft the covers were. And apparently they are really easy to clean. She has used them a lot and has said that they have been one of her favourite things to help her pain and comfort

Love this kit! The covers for both the perineal and the breast pads are soft and washable. The size seems okay too, not too big and not too small. I had other perineal pads before and they were huge compared to these ones. But I think these fit better and they still cover the area that needs them.I like that they have small velcro straps to use to attach them to the underwear. And the images here show people using the breast pads during feeding. I’m not sure I will do that, it feels a little weird and kind of wrong to have baby resting on the cold pads, but maybe they can be used with pumps?
