Amazing comfort during pregnancy!
I bought this pillow a few days ago, and it’s been a lifesaver! I’m currently pregnant, and sleeping comfortably was getting really difficult until I got this Pharmedoc pillow. It supports my back, belly, and legs all at once, and I wake up with less pain and better rest. The U-shape design is perfect for side sleeping, and the cover is super soft and easy to remove for washing. It’s a little big, but totally worth it for the comfort. Definitely a pregnancy must-have!

Great for Back Pain Relief, with Minor Drawbacks
I purchased this body pillow primarily to help alleviate lower back pain by placing it under my knees and between my knees while sleeping on my side. Given my tendency to move around a lot in my sleep, I needed a pillow that could surround me and provide consistent support throughout the night.I’m pleased to say that this body pillow has significantly improved my back pain. It provides excellent support, and the relief it offers has been a game-changer for my comfort and sleep quality. The shape and size are perfect for my needs, and I appreciate how it cradles my body, helping to maintain proper alignment.However, there is a minor issue I’ve encountered. It seems that the pillow is already starting to flatten out in the areas where my legs typically rest. While this doesn’t completely diminish its effectiveness, it is somewhat disappointing to see the pillow losing its loft so soon. I was hoping for better durability in this regard.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the pillow’s performance in alleviating my back pain, but I hope it maintains its shape better over time. If you’re looking for a body pillow to provide support and comfort for back pain, this is definitely worth considering, though be prepared for potential flattening with extended use.

Decent, kind of falling apart at the end of pregnancy.
While it’s a comfortable pillow and has gotten the job done as far as keeping me comfortable while pregnant, it is a bit cheaply made. The zipper on the inside of the outer case has broken off after a few washes and the seams of the pillow part are splitting. It is also a bit slippery and I have to basically lay on top of it if I want to stay at all propped up by it by the time I wake up. I do really enjoy the detachable part and being able to take that to another room, and it has been a decent pillow overall, just hate that it’s falling apart.

1st of all i got the star one that has the detachable pillows. so im gonna write bout that one 1st but my stars reflect the grey velvet one they sent me.i liked the idea of being able to detach the pillows as i wanted to use them how i wanted. but i hated the gaps where your arms go. good idea but doesnt leave it comfy it is kind of hard to put your arms around the pillow arms but i like that better. the arm slots give no support and on the side where it unzips didnt give much support either. and once unzipped it twists around in odd annoying and uncomfy ways. i love the stars. but i hated that side of the pillow. i only liked the solid side. not long after buying the pillow the company asked amazon to ask me bout how i enjoyed the pillow and i told them i loved that half of it but hated the other half. so free of charge they sent me the grey solid version which is what my stars show.i love the grey pillow. its great. the back when i use it as a back rest and gone a lil flat but still super comfy. just a lil out of shape. no big deal. im a big person so that tends to happen. you have to make sure once your in bed that you position the pillow around you or its gonna hurt more then help. unless you can perfectly toss yourself into the middle of it, but gl with that. it helps alot. it gives me support i need and is so soft. it dose stink really bad at 1st once you open either pillow. but i let it air bout bout 10 hrs before bed and it didnt bother me. if feels so nice on my skin. my skin can be super touchy to alot of fabrics. ive only had it a few months but its holding up pretty well. it wont fix your pain. but it sure helps you get comfy so you can at least sleep. i love it. its my fave pillow on my bed. i use to have like 7 pillows on my bed for my neck. my head, my back, my knees. now i just need this one maybe one or 2 other sm pillows. its great. the company is the best too. they really seem to care and want you to be happy.

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I suffer from severe hip pain, which makes it VERY difficult to sleep at night. I was staying with my parents who live abroad for a month and I bought a similar C shaped Full Body Pregnancy pillow made by another brand. I thought it was good but having compared it with PharMeDoc Pillow, I must admit that it wasn’t as good as this one, as it didn’t provide enough support and was far too soft.Before I came back, I’ve looked at LOADS of different pillows and eventually got the one from PharMeDoc. The pillow was delivered very quickly. My husband opened it up while I was away and he thought this pillow was better than the one I had abroad. Even he noticed the difference :-)It’s soft but firm enough at the same time. It’s very comfortable and it stays in the right place (my height is 162cm). I’ve now had it for almost 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it so far, as it makes a huge difference. I can’t say that this pillow has cured my pain but my sleep has improved considerably. I also use it during the day when I’m reading, watching tv or simply resting. It’s not very heavy, so it’s quite easy to move it around. I hope it’ll stay in good shape for a long time!

Good shoulder, leg and back support but too stiff for the head and sometimes uncomfortable for the ears since you are sleeping on the side. Does the job. Gives you space for your belly.
