My doctor teaches a class on nutrition and does extensive bloodwork as part of the class. My zinc number was very low and this supplement was what he recommended. I’ve been on it for 4 months and my zinc number is now in the normal range. I take a couple other supplements from this company and the quality is high. A little more expensive compared to some but my health is worth the extra few dollars to a trusted brand.

Zinc is Important Mineral-Great Product-Easy Swallow Caps
Zinc is an important mineral that helps with in vitamin D3 and protein synthesis, amongst providing other health benefits! Great product. I had ordered from another seller and brand before. However this has the same ingredients and costs a bit less. I have not had any blood work done lately….however will update after I do and see what it shows! Seems like a great product.
