I really love this pregnancy pillow, and I’ve never been pregnant! To be honest, I bought this because I’m single and I’m not willing to sacrifice my peace to cuddle with a rando. This pillow satisfies my primal need to be held, oh-so-perfectly! Fun fact: Did you know that humans like hugs because it reminds our bodies of when we felt safest – in our mother’s womb?This pillow is plush yet firm at the same time, and I am able to contour it comfortably to any sleeping position that I find myself in. I’ve ordered the pink cotton one a few years ago and loved it, just had to give it away in a move. Now I’ve bought the green cooling viscose one and I love it even more!It’s kind of funny, my dogs enjoy using it too, it’s perfect for them to curl up in a donut! I highly recommend pregnancy pillows to literally anyone – no matter who you are or what to stage of life you’re in. It’s the comfiest thing in the whole world!

This pillow is amazing! I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had my breast surgery this morning. I bought this pillow for support and comfort for post surgical pain. It feels like a high quality pillow not lumpy so soft with just the right give and support. I do like my pillows a bit on the softer side but I’d call it medium to soft. The pillow shape is amazing! I originally thought I wouldn’t like that it had curves but the curves curve to your body in all the right places giving you a hug of support. The pillow cover is soft and cooling, it doesn’t get hot which is great because you can be as snuggled on as you want. You can also position it many ways to find your perfect level of comfort. I also never write reviews..ever. I had to on this one. It’s a lifesaver for this surgery and I can imagine it would be for maternity too with it being cooling and the way it curves. I’ll be having radiation and probably another surgery so I’ll be spending a lot of time in bed moving forward and this was an amazing buy. Not super expensive and worth every penny.

Lumpy waste of money
If I could give this a 0 star review I would. My husband opened the box and set it up for me while I was at work. When I came home I was very excited to use it but was extremely disappointed. I didn’t even need to lay on it before I knew I was going to return it. It was lumpy, offered no support, very thin and many other things. In the picture it looks full and very comfortable. What I received was anything but. When I when to submit for a return there was no way to get my money back. All that was offered was Amazon credit.***edit*** when I went to return it I was told I missed my return window

The bee’s knees for my knees
I tried other brands of pregnancy pillows searching for something that would alleviate my back pain, be firm enough to support my neck as a side sleeper, AND not be that awful velour fabric. This one is IT.The fabric is really comfortable and breathable. The firmness is great because I don’t miss my typical neck pillow (I usually use a Pillowcube and feel really particular about my pillows, but this is the only one I tried that didn’t make me miss my Pillowcube.) It isn’t too heavy and hugs me. There was no weird smell when I bought it, unlike the chemical smells that come from other pillows.It’s so easy to use both sleeping and sitting up (I like reading in bed so this is works great as I sit.) The only thing I’ll say is you want to keep in mind that these pillows are BIG, so be ready for your partner to be annoyed if you don’t have a king sized bed. If you can get a king bed…do it. This is worth it!

Pretty good for what I need!
I’m currently recovering from a tummy tuck and my surgeon required me to lay flat on my back for 2-3 weeks unless eating or using the restroom. I bought this a week into healing because I was having a lot of discomfort with normal pillows. Overall, it’s very comfy and cooling and soft. My only complaint is that I do wish it was fluffier/fuller like the picture. I can tell it will eventually get flat, which is fine since I only really need it for the time being so I’ll just toss it if that does happen. I also wish there was some kind of mechanism to hold it closed, similar to a neck pillow. But that’s just me nitpicking lol.

Flat and Floppy
I’m convinced that the people who liked this pillow have never owned a basic body pillow from Target/Walmart before.I had really high hopes for this pillow and it fell flat. Literally. This pillow gives virtually no support for belly, legs, and back. It’s not firm enough and would need to be stuffed much more fully in order to support anything. The upper part is great for head/neck but otherwise my belly was only supported if I was partially front lying and my legs were practically touching through the pillow because of the lack of support and firmness. Which defeats the whole purpose of hip alignment. The back support was non existent due to again lack of firmness. The pillow was so flimsy that it just moved out of the way and I’d wake up on my back (which at 7.5 months pregnant I’m trying to avoid).Finally I found the pillow to be so incredibly hot. The two nights I did sleep with it I had to be almost entirely out of the covers I was so hot. I saw a different reviewer mention buying extra stuffing to add to the pillow but at the price point of this pillow it doesn’t seem worth it to me. I want to return but feel like they’ll just toss it since it’s been used so now I just have a massive pillow sitting in a corner of my room for my little 7lbs cat to use..The two stars are for the neck/head support and the fabric being soft. Otherwise this pillow kinda sucked. I’ll be sticking with my little wedge pillows for the rest of this pregnancy. They aren’t great but it’s better than this monstrosity.
