I’ll start by saying these definitely aren’t for me, but I picked them up for my wife because she already uses a similar product and has complained more than once about leaks and general annoyance. Surprisingly easy and reliable
This was my first time trying a menstrual disc, so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But I was quite happy about the performance and the results. I watched a couple videos first, folded it into the figure-eight shape, and it went in easier than I expected, and I could not feel it at all once it was in place. The soft silicone and the smooth finish really helped. On my second use, insertion felt even smoother because I had a better sense of the angle and fold. I wore it for about eight hours on a normal flow day, moved around some, and had zero leaks. That honestly surprised me. Removal was messy though, so do plan ahead.
