Comfortable & Soft.
I had surgery , and it was the best purchase I made for my quick recovery. What I like most is that you can use it for both hot and cold therapy for pain relief.

Must have for post partum, but air it out first
The size and quantity of these ice packs is perfect for postpartum. They fit coverage in underwear well and they hold a chill for a good amount of time, a little longer than the single use kind. I will say these smelled very strong upon opening and it gave me a headache. I left everything outside in the sun for a day or two and the smell thankfully faded. It’s nice to have numerous gel packs and sleeves so you can keep them on rotation for constant relief. It’s super simple to use just freeze, put in sleeve, and put in undies. I think in the future it could be improved with some “wings” or Velcro to keep it in place but if you’re just laying in bed it’s no issue at all

Essential Postpartum Relief – Works Wonders!
These perineal cold packs have been a lifesaver during recovery. The gel stays cold for a long time, providing soothing relief for both discomfort and hemorrhoid swelling. I love that the packs are reusable and come with soft, washable covers that feel gentle against sensitive skin – no irritation at all. The shape fits perfectly and conforms to my body, making them comfortable to use even while moving around the house. What really impressed me is how discreet and easy they are to use. I can wear one under clothing and go about my day without feeling bulky or awkward. They’ve helped reduce swelling and uterine cramping significantly, making recovery much more manageable. Definitely a must-have for any new mom!

Not full
I bought several different postpartum packs. These were my least favorite. The gel is the lowest in these and they do not stay cold. These have to be frozen with the gel pushed in the middle of you want them to stay colder longer. They really don’t distribute well. I would not recommend.

Cooling Relief That’s a Total Lifesaver for Recovery 💖❄️
These ice packs were such a lifesaver during recovery! They stay cool for a good amount of time and really help soothe everything when you’re sore or swollen — total relief. 💕 The shape fits comfortably and feels discreet under clothes, which was a big plus. I do wish the fabric was a little different — maybe something softer, like a stretchy underwear material, or easier to wash and helping with the sweating from the pack— but overall they worked so well and felt amazing when chilled. If you’re prepping your postpartum care kit, these are a great ad!

More useful than expected. They’re small, flexible, and easy to throw in the freezer, and they freeze evenly without turning into a rock. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time, and the shape makes them comfortable to use rather than awkward or pokey. Everything worked exactly as described, with no leaks, no mess, and no setup hassle. The washable covers are a nice touch and make them feel a bit more polished and practical for regular use. They’re gentle on skin and don’t have that stiff, icy edge that some gel packs do, which makes a big difference if you’re using them for any kind of sensitive area.Obviously they’re designed for postpartum recovery use, and they seem well thought out for that, but they’re also just… useful ice packs in general. I’ve ended up using them for sore spots, minor aches, and yes, even tossing one into a lunch bag to keep things cool (which feels slightly ridiculous but works great). They’re compact without feeling flimsy, and they don’t scream “medical device” when you’re handling them. For the price, this feels like an easy win. Nothing fancy, nothing over-engineered, just a well-made, reusable pack that does its job reliably. If you want something that’s low-effort, effective, and adaptable to more than one use case, these are a great little addition to have around.

These gel packs are as expected, there are 4 gel packs with clear instructions on how to either freeze them or heat them up. They come with sleeves to protect skin from frostbite or burns. While they are intended to be used as perineal cold packs they are quite versatile and can be used on the forehead or anywhere to manage localized pain. They cool effectively and quickly in the freezer and stay cold for up to 30 mins and they warm easily in the microwave staying warm for about 15 mins

Cold packs for perineal pain/itch relief that are thinner and longer than the ”maxi-pad” versions. These were easy to freeze and heat up when needed. I like that they come with the cover, however I am not a big fan of the ”feel” as I am very tactile sensitive. It definitely works though, and helps to protect your delicate skin when applying the pack. If you are like me, you could easily use a different close from home though.I appreciated the fact that is was thinner, allowing for a more targeted approach. As always, these kinds of things depend entirely on personal preference, but I am definitely a fan.10/10 for this product.

I had a different perineal ice pack with gel beads, but decided to get this one and WOW I like this one so much better. I love that the pads are gel because it stays colder so much longer, but still remains flexible. I love that the instructions are printed onto each gel pack and that they slide into their fabric sleeves easily. Both the fabric and the gel packs are super easy to clean. The fact that you get 4 is perfect so you can always have them in rotation, but you can also use them after post-partum as a regular ice pack. I’ve only used them cold so far, but I got at least 40 minutes of cold before I felt like the temperature started to drop. The only thing was that they came with a strong plastic smell when I first got them, so I needed to give it some time to air out before using them. However, for $13.99 CAD for 4 ice packs, I’d say that’s great value for the quality. I’d recommend it!

These gel packs are an excellent value. You receive four packs plus two soft sleeves, which is great for protecting your skin and rotating packs as needed.Although these are marketed for postpartum use, I’ve been using them for a different purpose, alternating hot and cold therapy on my ankle, and they’ve worked really well. They cool and heat evenly and hold temperature for a good amount of time.I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to use them both hot and cold, depending on what’s needed. The sleeves are a nice addition and make them much more comfortable to use directly against the skin. This is a well-thought-out set that feels practical and reusable, and the quantity makes it especially convenient. I’m very happy with the quality and would recommend these for anyone needing reliable hot or cold packs.
