RUMBLEROLLERS GO DEEPER
RumbleRoller forever changed foam rolling with the introduction of the first deep-tissue roller. It’s high-profile bumps penetrate deeper into the muscle, and large inter-bump spaces provide room for soft tissue displacement. Furthermore, the bumps’ resilience enables them to deflect around bones and get closer than ever to the source of your problem.

RumbleRoller Deep Tissue Massage Rollers
GO DEEPER
As you roll on a RumbleRoller, its firm but flexible bumps work like the thumbs of a massage therapist to knead and stretch your muscles. This action erodes trigger points, helps restore flexibility, and brings quick relief to common types of muscular pain.
ROCK AND ROLL
RumbleRoller’s massaging action can be further intensified by switching from a rolling motion to a side-to-side rocking motion. The bumps provide a wiping-type massage pressure when rolling, but are more resistant to flexion when loaded sideways, and dig in even deeper.
RumbleRollers are available in 3 sizes Compact (13 inches long x 5 inch diameter) Midsize (22 inches long x 5.5 inch diameter) Fullsize (31 inches long x 6 inch diameter)

FINALLY a FIRM roller with NODULES
I’ve been looking EVERYWHERE for a firm enough roller with NODULES and they’re either flat, too soft, or the nodules don’t stick out enough to make any type of impact. I have some BAD muscle knots and I need DEEP penetration and this roller is perfect. It’s got me gritting my teeth in happy pain whenever I use this thing. Great for those with chronic back pain due to poor posture and tight back muscles and can’t afford a heavy handed masseuse every week. Great for rolling other parts of your body like legs on leg day too if you don’t want too much lactic acid build up after a heavy work out.

Effective
Great product, definitely extra firm and super effective, thank you!

Bought in 2019 and still using it
I purchased this in 2019 and still use it regularly. One of the best purchases I ever made. Has gotten me out of A LOT of back/hip pulls and knots. This does what normal foam rollers won’t do, which is get deep into the tissue. I know if it’s hurting (in the “good” way), I am on the path to healing.

Hurts in the best way—and really works
I’ve been dealing with persistent leg numbness, and this has made a noticeable difference. Because it’s the extra firm version, it’s definitely not gentle—it can be downright painful at first. But if you’ve got chronic tightness or pain that regular foam rollers just bounce off of, this one really gets in there. It gives incredibly deep pressure, almost like a massage therapist’s elbow digging right into the trouble spots. For anyone like me with ongoing pain or tension that never seems to fully release, this is absolutely worth using. It’s not comfortable, but the results speak for themselves.

This baby is rock hard!
Not for the faint of heart! If you can push through the significant discomfort of using it, this roller gets the job done but it’s not painless.

Best pain reliever
Great roller for getting into those knots developed from working all day. It’s great at getting into small space, base of neck, back of shoulder, along spin, etc. Much more effective than basic foam roller.

I like incredibly deep trigger point therapy massages and to me …
I got this as my first foam roller and I adore it! However, I like incredibly deep trigger point therapy massages and to me that is the good kind of pain. There are also plenty of scaled down ways to use this; for example for the IT band you can put it against the wall vertically and lean on to it, rocking a little bit when you’re ready to. I also wouldn’t put your full weight on your leg muscles at first; just lie down and place it under your calf, quad etc and rest them on the sore spots when you find them. I use this for my back, my shoulders, my arms and my legs. Really got into knots in my forearms that I didn’t even know I had! You can start rolling and putting more weight on it once those knots this gets to start to break up and you get used to it. I will be getting a GRID roller as well for more of the full muscle stretching aspect of foam rolling too, but this is an absolute must have. If you can’t break up those knots then stretching doesn’t do anywhere near as much good anyway. There are plenty of you tube videos on different ways to use this roller, including the scaled down exercises. Just take it easy to start and you will still reap mega benefits without the bruising. I love the portability of the smaller size and the fact that’s it’s not as unwieldy to use on arms, or vertical in the upper back to get into tough to reach spits, against the wall for my shoulders etc.; but I love this so much I’m going to invest in the large one too so I can get both legs and glutes together and save time.

No Substitute – Best Rollers Ever – Been using mine for 5 years
We have owned the blue and black 22 inch – I only use the black and so does my son. My daughter uses the blue. There is NO substitute – nothing other a personal masseuse can do what this roller does. I’ve owned the Triggerpoint (does nothing for us) and several others and my gym has all the brands. Rumbleroller has no peer. There are videos comparing rollers and the RumbleRoller always wins.

After trying a cheaper roller which looks the same but wasn’t effective, I decided to bite the bullet & buy the Rumble Roller which is pricey. Wow! This roller really works to get to the painful knots. The bumps are truly firm so that they press into fascia & deep tissues. I find it easier to use than a massage ball which needs more balance to get right. This roller has been worth every penny.

The best foam roller I’ve ever had. Every other foam roller with a hallow center always snaps within the first couple of uses. Since this one has a solid center, it won’t break. It digs deep for foam rolling. Probably not best for beginners because of the firmness, but good for experienced athletes with tight or sore muscles.

I’ve been using this product for a few years now and it is amazing. I’m about a 100KG so, this get a bit of punishment and its still going strong. I love it.

It’s very firm. Very robust, it should last for years. Not smelly. I am reviewing the black extra firm version. As for its ability to give a deep massage, it is definitely at the extreme range of pressure produced. It can be painful using it, but no pain no gain. Or ‘if it isn’t hurting, it’s not working’.It is very effective at loosening up knots and impingements in muscles and ligaments.I 100% recommend this. The only question is ‘can you handle it?’
