Quiet, and easy to use and clean
We received this product a few days ago and I used it today to steam and blend an apple and a pear.The device takes a bit of figuring out but overall it is very user friendly (there is an instruction manual and it took me about 15-20 minutes to know enough to use the device).The processor has two main components; 1. a steam chamber where the water for the steam is filled, and 2. the steam/blend set up that involves a blade assembly, a blending jar, a steamer basket that fits within the blending jar, and a lid for the blending jar (please see enclosed images).The processor is not too big, is portable, and easily fits on a medium size table top or a kitchen counter.For the first run, I used an apple and a pear. The steaming and blending are separate processes. I steamed the fruits first in the steamer basket, and then transferred the steamed fruit to blending jar (and removed the steaming basket). The fruits had to be cut into small pieces (they recommend less than .6 inch) and it (1 average sized apple+ 1 average sized pear) completely filled the steaming basket (please see enclosed images).After setting everything up, the two stage process worked pretty well. The control panel is simple and easy to use; it took 20 minutes to finish steaming. After steaming, I removed the steaming basket, and transferred the steamed content to the blending jar; I used the auto blend option (there is a manual blend option too) and it took 30 seconds to create the paste. The paste was fine and smooth with the consistency of a slightly runny apple sauce. I would note that the blending jar is bigger than the steaming basket so there is much scope for adding additional content (maybe steamed fruit from two rounds). Overall, it took around 30 minutes to get everything done from the scratch and it created around two cups measures of the sauce.The processor is quiet and very easy to assemble/disassemble and clean. One of the great things is that one can disassemble the blade assembly completely for cleaning (unlike a regular blender) . However, that also means that one has to be really careful and make sure that the two pieces have fitted properly. I did not get the fit right the first time and that led to leakage of liquid from the bottom of the blending container to the base area where the blender assembly sits; there is however, an outlet in the base for such incidents and it was pretty easy to drain the spillage and clean up the base.Overall, I like the product. It is portable, easy to use; and above all easy to clean up the mess in case there are accidents/spillage. We have other blenders and steamers for adult cooking and we have been using them till now for baby food but this processor provides an option exclusive to baby food preparation and a higher degree of control over cleaning (and avoiding hygiene/contamination issues.).

I love this baby food maker! It’s super easy to use and makes prepping meals so quick. I really like that it can steam and blend all in one it saves a lot of time.
