I love the clean, safe ingredients. This feels nice on my face. And after my face is very smooth and has a slight glow.

Gentle when directions are followed.
I noticed that if I rinse my face with cooler water first, then use it, it doesn’t feel as smooth. When I rinse with warm water, it feels better. That’s what the instructions say too, so best to follow that.I do like how it makes my skin feel afterwards – smooth and soft.There’s no scent which is good for me.The consistency is like a liquid gel.I don’t use it everyday. Even though it seems gentle enough to use daily, I don’t. I use it maybe 2-3 times a week and that seems good enough.

Very Light Exfoliation
The product had a more gel like consistency than I was expecting but not bad. I like to exfoliate after shaving as I find it helps prevent ingrown hairs. This was an extemely light exfoliation. It worked okay but if you prefer a decently scratchy exfoliation, this won’t do that.There was little to no scent to the product, as described. The tube should last a reasonable amount of time as you don’t use much of it.

Quality ingredients and a little goes a long way; fragrance-free; legit EWG certified
This is in the middle of the range of power compared to other exfoliants I’ve tried, but you can adjust that a little by how gently/deeply you scrub. I recommend going on the gentle side with physical exfoliants. If someone is experiencing ingrown hairs, I’d also recommend adding in a chemical exfoliant in addition to this versus scrubbing more vigorously. This has perlite, so it doesn’t cause any environmental issues unlike some products that contain plastic microbeads. I also love that this is fragrance-free since fragrances are one of the biggest offenders when it comes to allergies.This is not an inexpensive exfoliant, but companies have to pay to get official EWG certification (which some hate, but I think it’s fair because it requires actual review, and I don’t know why people expect EWG to work for free, and they need these funds to keep their website running). I’ve seen a lot of products that claim to be EWG certified, but when you go to the EWG website, they are nowhere to be found. This product is actually in the database. For many consumers trying to avoid controversial ingredients or ingredients that have a higher allergenic component than average, this certification can be reassuring. While I think EWG can be harsh on a few ingredients, given two similar products, I’ll pick the one with the most gentle ingredients if possible, so this is one I’d recommend for those who want an exfoliating product.

Works for women too
I, a woman, have been using this for a few weeks and really enjoy it! It is very gentle for an exfoliator, which took a while to get used to because I am used to a very gritty physical exfoliator. I have noticed a very slight improvement in my skins texture, but nothing crazy (however, I have been using an exfoliator off and on for years, so there is not much smoothing that needs to be done). A little goes a long way, so I feel like this little tube will actually last me quite awhile.

Great Exfoliator, not too rough, no microbeads!
I’ve been using this for several weeks and I’m impressed. I’m somewhat lazy and cheap when it comes to skin care, and only recently been using any products for my face. With this, the cleanser, and the moisturizer, I have had a few zits pop up, but that’s normal with any new skin care regime. I’m confused by some reviewers stating this is rough, or “like razor blades”, because this seems to be a very gentle exfoliator to me. I like the EWG certification and the lack of microbeads. It seems pricey to me but it last a long time and I’m pretty sure all skin care products cost a lot of money, so this is probably actually somewhat cheaper in price. Overall, I’ll likely consider getting more of these products from Talent.
