    This book has so many GOOD tips! Highly recommended for pregnant women!!!
    Got this book for my pregnant friend and she absolutely loved it. She told me it has so many helpful tips, and she has already started trying the bonus quick meal recipes. She’s Asian, so the section on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) remedies really spoke to her. She said modern life makes us overlook these traditional practices, but they are truly incredible when used with common sense. She has already made a list of the traditional tips she wants to follow once the baby arrives. I am so glad I picked this up for her.

Quick fixes, like Ice-pack hacks and gentle moves you can actually do between diaper changes, are really good. I also like the worksheet for your spouse. It’s one he will actually read and act on.If you need one thing in those foggy early weeks, this is it. Kacey Quinn’s method isn’t just catchy, it’s a real roadmap when you’re wiped out, sore, and wondering if you’ll ever pee without holding your breath again. I highly recommend this book.

    Perfect for new moms, not senior moms.
    I am a mother of 3 and have gone through the postpartum phase of life 3 times. This book would have been so helpful as a new mother. I had a baby at a young age, and had no idea what postpartum life was even about. Reading this book would have helped me adjust to motherhood in a more positive way. It goes over tips and tricks and advise to to keeping “your cup full” after becoming a mother because as many know, motherhood is all encompassing. It goes over common “negative” feelings you may expect after giving birth. Love that it’s not shamed here in this book. This book even offers recipes to supper healthy habits post-baby. Nutrition is key for mental and physical health. 4 stars because if you’re a mom of multiples looking for advice this is not good for you. Having multi is a different ball game that doesn’t necessarily allow balance – which is the theme of this book. Advice for helping moms with multiple little children would be a boost for this book.

    What every pregnant Woman Needs
    The PEACE method was so simple, yet right on point. I like that the author didn’t shy away from some of the more difficult topics such as soreness across sensitive parts of the body. She really did cover it all. Even those icky topics we are embarrassed to talk about, but is super helpful to know. Helpful tips such as home saunas and specific stretches to aid physical recovery. And let’s not forget our emotional well-being. Specific tips to help stabilize the hormonal imbalances during pregnancy and after childbirth. And she didnt forget what your partner is also going through. And the free postpartum care worksheets are priceless!

    This book is brilliant. I love that the author shares her personal story, normalizes the postpartum struggles that many women face, and gently guides the reader to care for herself. I also love the attention paid to bonding with baby and strengthening the relationship with one’s mate. The voice and pacing of the book are truly soothing for a stressed and sleep-deprived new parent and each chapter offers holistic guidance for feeling better and accepting ourselves through the process.
