Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements are most effective with a high DHA rating. DHA is mostly found in fatty fish, like other omega-3 fatty acids. This may be part of why the Mediterranean diet has been linked to healthier hearts. From keeping your heart healthier to reducing inflammation, eating enough DHA can be an important part of a healthy diet for most people. Look for supplements made from cold water fish like Sardines and Anchovies. Salmon sometimes has a higher mercury content.

Effective omega-3, occasional fish burps
I’ve been using the Triple Strength DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil 3600 mg for a few weeks and overall it’s a very good product. The dosage is strong, and I like that it provides high amounts of DHA and EPA from wild-caught fish. I’ve noticed benefits for my joints and overall well-being.The only downside for me is that I still get some fish burps occasionally, even though it’s labeled as burpless. It’s not terrible, but it does happen sometimes.Aside from that, the quality seems great and the capsules are easy to take. I would recommend it, just keep in mind you might experience slight burps.
