These FOCL sleep gummies are some of the best sleep supplements I’ve had! I tried everything from nighttime tea and regular melatonin, but nothing has work as effectively as these gummies! I started off with half a gummy the first time and then eventually one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. They work quickly and I wake up, fully rested in the morning. Before I started taking these Gummies, I would often wake up up to 4 times a night, but not anymore ever since I’ve started taking these Gummies on a regular basis.Taste: I love the sugar coating on these gummies but the sour raspberry taste too! It is slightly tart and I like that flavor profile. Tried these for the first time, and I have absolutely loved them. It took me a couple nights to get used to the taste but not bad at all – just a bit of a tart aftertaste. I use an Oura ring to track my sleep and I’ve seen an improvement between 6-10 points on average since I started taking them! I used to wake up randomly throughout the night, but I haven’t been!! Also, one thing I was hesitant about before taking them was being groggy in the morning, but I’ve been waking up like normal.

each gummy only has 1 mg of melatonin, which i love, but the sleep effects mostly come from the 40 mg of hemp. never tried sleep gummies with hemp before so i only took half a gummy & it worked really well. i took it while i was still working but i got too drowsy to finish & fell asleep without brushing my teeth or turning off the lights lolwhen i take melatonin, i usually feel normal/sober but half a gummy of these made me feel like i was high?? like i took an edible?? it also gave me crazy dreams lol. not my forte but not gonna yuck ur yum if thats what u likeat first the taste was a good berry flavor & i like the texture of the gummy, but then there was a bitter aftertaste.. kinda like how edibles taste but this one was more bitter4 stars bc it works really well & i love gummies, but 1 star off bc it made me feel tingly like i was high & i havent done pot in over 3 years & i’ve been completely sober for over 1 year so i kinda hated that lmao. but if u like pot then u will LOVE these

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was surprised with how relaxed and sleepy I felt immediately after taking this product. I have been taking the sleep gummies for about a week now within 30 minutes of sleep, and in my experience they have been very effective.
